VIO Plano is a stunning facility with caring staff. I love their body scan that gives you a breakdown of your muscles and fat percentages in your body which I found very helpful in my wellness journey.

Happy to have found this spa — it’s clean, well managed, and Elizabeth was professional and is a PA, which I appreciate. The atmosphere is welcoming, and they have some great products, including tinted mineral sunscreen, at great prices. It’s classy without feeling faux, just genuinely nice people and surroundings.

Love VO Plano! From Kennedy checking me in at the front (which is lovely btw) and being offered a cold beverage. She always has a smile. Nile is incredible! I can’t wait to have my facial I have booked with him. He is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and really went out of his way to accommodate what my skincare needs are. And just one week after using the products he suggested my skin is improved tremendously. And most recently, I had a consultation with Elizabeth, the PA at VO . She is AMAZING. I wasn’t sure exactly what procedures I wanted to have done and she took time and was very thorough explaining what exactly she thought would meet my skincare and aesthetic goals. I had Botox and filler and immediately saw some results, and can’t wait to see the full results in a couple of weeks! I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at VO.

I had a great experience at VIO Med Spa yesterday. I just went in for a regular facial, but it ended up being so much better than I expected. Alexis was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable, walking me through everything step by step. The facial felt professional and genuine—no fake stuff or pressure to buy anything. At the end, she even gave me personalized skincare tips that I’m actually excited to try out. Overall, I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of, and I’d definitely recommend this place to others.

Got the VIO Signature Facial today and had a great experience. Kenya was knowledgeable, made the process super smooth, and explained everything as she went. The place was clean, professional, and relaxing. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the staff made the whole thing easy. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for solid skincare and a calm atmosphere.

This med spa is the best I've been to in the metroplex area! Elizabeth is attentive and kind-and super helpful. I have recommended this location to friends and family already. Super pleased with the service :)
