This was my 1st time at this spa! I bought a Groupon for a mini facial and dermaplane. Jessica was great, very patient, knowledgable and friendly. Explained each step and had a lot of knowledge about the products and I actually bought the eye cream she recommended! I plan on goin back next month. Highly recommend

I was there recently for a Derma planning treatment. When I got home I noticed the big abrasion the lady ( her name is Jessica) left on my face. It is still painful. She obviously does not take pride in her job. I'm very disappointed I chose this place. Needless to say, I do not recommend this place.

This was my second time getting treatment from this SPA. Olivia did my hydrafacial which was a great experience. Second visit was with Jess for my first Laser Genesis. They both are very polite and professional. They made sure I was comfortable through out my treatment and explained every step what they are doing before and during the treatment. I highly recommend this spa to everyone.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! I’ve been a few times and absolutely love my results. If you haven’t been here, I highly recommend vitalize med spa. You won’t be disappointed.
