The utmost professionalism from not just Dr. Kennard, but the staff as well. I found Dr. Kennard attentative to my concerns, his demeanor as a patient and doctor relationship was spot on. I am very pleased with my own personal results and had no reservations recommending Dr. Kennard to family, friends, and coworkers. A very positive experience with most positive results for both legs.

I can't say enough about Dr. Kennard and his Staff!! Jackie and Karen were a tremendous help to me in so many ways. Their willingness to answer all my questions/concerns.....and I asked SEVERAL, let me know they actually really cared about their patients! Karen went above and beyond to help assist with my Insurance when she didn't have to. GREAT Staff.... Excellent Service!!!!! Dr. Kennard was very precise and ON POINT! Not only is he very good at what he does, his willingness to explain and answer all my questions made me feel comfortable. I was diagnosed with Diverticulitis in 2019 and was hesitant with getting surgery. Here I am 2 years later getting a foot of my colon removed by Dr. Kennard and I can't be any happier!! I had little pain afterwards and back eating within days!! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kennard and his WONDERFUL Staff..... For those who have soft hearts, don't mistake his "Straight to the Point" personality at times as being disingenuous, he's just VERY detailed orientated and an EXCELLENT EXCELLENT Surgeon/Dr.

Personally did not care for his attitude. He is arrogant and cold.

In mid-June of 2022, I went to the ER with what turned out to be appendicitis. They scheduled emergency surgery for the next morning and Dr. Kennard came in to take care of it. He told me not to worry, that he had been doing this surgery for thirty years. I believed him and everything went perfectly well. I followed up with him two times after surgery and everything is fine. My greatest thanks to DR. Kennard.

Dr. Kennard's bedside manner is terrible. My surgery was rescheduled over and over, delaying it 3 weeks then my surgery was 2 hours late.

Excellent doctor and surgeon. He was very precise and professional. The staff at the Medical Center Plano was top notch. I felt I was in good hands the whole time. The pre op and post op was excellent patient care. Impressive staff and procedures. Highly recommend this surgeon and hospital.

Do not deal with this office, not sure about dr Kennard yet, but staff are the worst, they wait till the day before your procedure to get you authorized from the insurance, you take days of work for your procedure and you are up in the air waiting for them to accept your claim, mean time they postpone your procedure , and guess what your off days of work are wasted. Jackie is the one working my case, and she’s unprofessional, late on sending claims, won’t pick up the phone and hangs up on you upon questioning their horrible system. I just found out my procedure is canceled by calling the surgery center, they don’t even bother calling you to give you updates. Run , don’t go .

I had an emergency appendectomy and Dr. Kennard was warm, professional, and kind. I instantly felt confident in him. He removed my appendix w no issues and healing was a breeze. Thank you for being a bright spot in a scary time for me. Update: I called the office to ask a question, and Dr. Kennard CAME TO THE PHONE to speak to me. Unheard of these days.
