Took my 11 year old son to see Dr. Witt for a badly ingrown toenail. He explained everything to me and to my son. He treated my son with kindness and compassion, and navigated his fears with grace. Procedure went smoothly.

Dr. Sgro was less than impressive. She insisted on performing a chemical removal for my ingrown toenail, not offering any sort of support for my questions or concerns. We proceeded with the procedure, and it turns out the instructions she gave me to follow for aftercare is pretty much the complete opposite of what a friend was told that goes to a different doctor. My toe was infected, she gave no sympathy and proceeded to charge me for a third office visit when I followed every instruction to the T… had I been provided correct instructions, I wouldn’t have been there. Understaffed office, very unprofessional. DO NOT recommend!!!

Saw Melissa Sgro for my foot pain. Feedback. People are nice but quality of service is not upto my mark. 1) Short staffed. This will result in missing details and obviously poor service. 2) Doctor doesn't want to spend more time educating the patient. she was kind of rushing. I like doctors when they talk so that I dont need to ask any questions. She recommended some exercises. I wish she would have explained those to me than the receptionist. By the way, receptionist forgot to tell me those as she is busy multi tasking. Even I forgot to ask. I wish they give report end of the visit. Overall: I need to find another doctor.

Very disappointed in my experience with the Prosper office. Receptionist was pleasant, but Dr.Witt and his assistant not so much. He didn’t even look at me when he came into the room. Young lady who took me back as well. Seemed like he was in a big hurry. Same thing goes for his assistant. Escorted me to a room and left. He was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Spoke so fast and didn’t even ask me if there was any questions or concerns. Felt more like a number than a patient. Assistant called me with results of test taken and when I had a question about my results she couldn’t give it to me, but informed me that I could make an appointment with the Dr. And he would discussed that with me. I’m sure it was so he could collect another co-payment from me. When I informed assistant of my disappointment in the office, she brushed me off and said OK Bye. Definitely will not be back. More interested in money than their patient.

Easy to schedule, close by and easy to get to. Docs and staff are all super friendly and do a great job communicating with the patient (me). McKinney office equally easy and nice to work with but down off Virginia. Great group.
