Went in earlier today after experiencing shortness of breath and chest pain. The girl at the front desk said I’d have to wait an hour to two hours to be seen, I felt like I was dying. Horrible front desk staff. Don’t think they understand what URGENT care means….smh don’t come here

The staff was very pleasant knowledgeable and willing to go extra in customer service to help me solve my issue. I paid a few more dollars than the other urgent cares, but we’ll worth it going forward.

I was called and told to come in at 9am. Two and a half hours later I’m still sitting in the waiting room. 2 people who happen to be of a different skin complexion from me came in after me and were seen before me. One was seen within 10 minutes of her arrival. All I can get from the staff is “sorry, you’re next”. If I hadn’t paid already, I would have left a long time ago. I will never come back here.

My usual location for CareNow service was very busy so a representative from CareNow called to see if I would be willing to travel 3 more miles to another, not as busy, location...I really like that type of proactive customer service. This new location had excellent service and very friendly people. I would recommend this CareNow. My needs were met quickly and professionally and I had a positive experience!

Great group of folks, Trudy was really great and really cared about what was going on I felt like I was chatting with an old friend! In a time when the healthcare industry is changing faster than most people are able to keep up with, Trudy was a true breath of fresh air! Also Felipe was great I almost felt normal peeing in a small plastic cup for a dude I had never met! Lol I’m not a “review guy” but really good vibe at that location. Actually better than my PCP who couldn’t see me same day! I hope I never have to go back but if I’m not feeling good they will be my first choice! Thanks guys!

Check in was quick and no wait before I was called back. Shout out to Felipe who got me a blanket and water to make sure I was comfortable. Also, took my blood with no pain or bruising after. The whole staff was amazing but wanted to give a shout out to Felipe who went over and beyond. Thanks care now team.

I went in around 4:15pm for a quick employment screening and it was very clean and nice the lady at the front was very quick checking in. I left around 450 the staff is also quick & pleasant. Overall great experience
