My family and I have been seeing Dr. Konvalin for years. We've always had a great experience in his office.

Sadly, I have to write a review about a horrible experience at this doctor's office, aka, MyEyeDr. I'm new to the area, and I scheduled an exam with this doctor. I arrived 30 minutes early to complete the intake requirement. UNFORTUNATELY, I had to interface with Carrie/Kerry at the front desk. SHE IS THE MOST IGNORANT PERSON, I'VE ENCOUNTERED IN TEXAS, SO FAR. I already completed my form online, and basically provided the details so she can find it. Instead of being a professional, she kept nagging about stuff that doesn't matter. In fact, I've never ever experienced this at a doctor's office. Generally, they find your details, have you fill out any required forms, you sit in the lobby and wait to be called. NOT WITH CARRIE/KERRY. She came off as a very unintelligent person who was in a bad mood and taking it out on this potential patient. I had to stop her, and even said, "How is your morning going?" It's a great day. It doesn't sound like you are having a good morning." Even after trying to turn her bad attitude around, she continued to be negative. I took all I could take and said this isn't working out, I'm leaving. Some people would call her a RACIST, however, I don't know, because in Texas, you really don't know if someone is White or Hispanic. However, I've decided to not even think of that as a possibility, and just say that she is the most IGNORANT person that I've encountered in Texas. If I was this doctor, I would so call her a customer and not an employee! You want pleasant people to represent your business, not someone like that who will run your business away. She is definitely in the WRONG JOB!
