Front office staff is horrible at answering phone. If you want to make an appointment be prepared to “get disconnected “ or left on hold for 15 minutes or until you hang up. If you call back they will do it again and again. I liked Dr.Lay but this has made me look for a different dr. I even went into the office for a copy of immunization records and let them know why I was changing and they do not seem to care. Another thing, I asked for immunization records with only a name and birth date, no ID… it was given to me no hesitation. Unbelievable!! Front office staff is horrible at answering phone. I’ve been a patient for almost twenty years. She is brilliant, highly professional and really cares about me as a patient. You’ll love her staff as much as her.
Love dr.Lay and Brittany Fuller both are very sweet ladys
Have been taking all three of my kids here their entire life. Dr Lay is a caring and wonderful dr. The staff is so sweet and nice to everyone. Even once took my daughter to the front office to color and play/eat some candy while they gave her brothers shots. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants great people to care for their precious babies. Have been taking all three of my kids here their entire life. Dr Lay is a caring and wonderful dr. Great doctor, but always running behind, granted 1-2 hours of waiting, in 5 years not one time got in and out under a hour, most of the time closer to 2 hours or more
Dr. Lay and her staff is by far one of the best family practices of all time. Dr. Lay is the example of doctor patient relationships and learns each patient thouroughly. She has treated my entire family for many years, and we will continue to drive over 50 miles to see her. I have a special needs daughter and from the time my daughter was very young she was compassionate but very practical. She discussed our options as a doctor and sympathized as a mother. She is by far one of the best!
IVE BEEN USING DR LAY FOR OVER 20 YRS FROM MY SON WHEN HE WAS A TEEN {NOW GROWN} TO MY DAUGHTER SINCE 8 MONTHS{NOW 12} SHE IS THE BEST. ALWAYS THOUROGH AND ATTENTIVE LISTENS TO MY WORRIES TALKS TO THE KIDS AND GETS THERE FEELINGS AND REALLY LISTENS TO US. LOVE LOVE LOVE HER
The wait is awful. my daughter had a 10:15 appt and didnt leave till 11:50. Dr Lay is awesome however the back staff ( MA's ) need more training. A MA came in to give my daughter two vaccines and was unable to tell me what she was given my daughter. She states " oh i didnt draw these up, other MA did and since you have to get back to work she asked if i could come give them". They wasn't labeled. How are the MA's suppose to document what vaccine went into witch arm? what if my daughter has a reaction and we dont know what vaccine it was? Am i just suppose to trust and pray the other MA drew up the right vaccines? I knew what my daughter needed and witch site its suppose to go in but i was very disappointed that a MA would risk someone else life injecting something into my daughters arm and she didn't know what it was nor care about her job to even question it. They didn't even give me a VIS form to sign. I've been in the medical field for a very long time and I've never seen anything like this before. Little wait, all Drs have one, even with appointment. Dr Lay is awesome and so is the staff. Everyone busy and they all know what they have to do to keep everyone safe and well. Thumbs up!!!
THIS OFFICE REALLY GIVES BAYLOR A BAD NAME. THE STAFF IS INCOMPETENT, THE SO CALLED DOCTOR IS AN IDIOT. IF THERE WAS ANOTHER DOCTOR IN QUINLAN WE WOULD LEAVE, BUT DR. LAY IS OUR ONLY CHOICE . bAYLOR YOU REALLY NEED TO CHECK THIS OFFICE, THEY HAVE N IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
