Worthless... Never works and changes meds almost killed my dad.
I have had very positive experiences with both Dr. Babbitt and his office staff. Although he is only working one week per month now that he is semi-retired, as long as you schedule appts in advance I have had no problems seeing him. I find him to be very calming and very knowledgeable- and he doesn't talk to me like I'm uneducated or 6 years old - something some doctors do and I personally find highly irritating when it happens.
11 years of great personal care. Great staff. New facilities. Good location.
Just went to see Bethany Starks! She is very nice & is ready to help with any problem! Good place to go when you need checkups o r sick!Very friendly staff!
I had been going to Dr. Babbitt for years, well not actually Dr. Babbitt anymore, he seems way too busy to be bothered with patients. So instead he has a lady (don't even know if she's a Dr.) that sees CLIENTS and I mean CLIENTS, cause she sure doesn't treat them like PATIENTS!!!She diagnosed pneumonia and prescribed an inhaler for me so I could breathe easier, she didn't have any "samples" but gave me a coupon and said it would only cost me $10!! Well it didn't cost $10, it cost close to $300!!! and the coupon was worthless without a "pre-authorization" from insurance. Over the weekend, that doesn't happen!!! If I was a NEW PATIENT or hadn't been going to this Dr. before, I might expect this kind of sub care and uncaringness. 4days later after her prescribing antibiotics, "pearls" (whatever the heck that is) and an inhaler I can't get, she said I would feel a little better each day, instead I am headed to the EMERGENCY ROOM!! I would NEVER recommend Dr. Babbitt again and will change Dr.'s immediately.

He passes you off to an office in Tyler, doesn't give you any information about the other office, like the name of the office is sending you too, so you can a surprise call from the Four Season's and you think it is scam, until you realize it is a medical office, and then it is run by witches who don't want to listen to you or treat the patient as a whole, like emotional support stuff.
As a nurse, I often get frustrated due to doctors who aren't as knowledgeable as I, or who don't listen. Dr. Babbitt is an exception. He keeps up to date on medications and treatments and is willing to work with you to reach a treatment that not only works for you, but is within your budget and your goals. He takes time to listen and doesn't just discount what you're saying because you're a woman. It doesn't surprise me that he is so popular. BTW, his NP Bethany is also fantastic
Dr. Babbitt and his staff have been taking care of me and my family for many years. Dr. Babbitt is a wonderful doctor who is knowledgeable about a wide spectrum of issues -- he is truly a wonderful GP! I had to leave his care when my insurance changed, but the very second he came back into my network, I switched back. The doctor I saw in the interim was nice, but the level of care was significantly less. I cannot recommend Dr. Babbitt highly enough!
HE is a very personable and caring Dr. that wants to help
I have been a patient of Dr. Babbitt for over 20 years. One of the nicest, most informative and honest Dr.'s I have had the pleasure of being looked after. One fine human being. Thanks Doc for always being there for me!
Dr Babbitt is a fantastic doctor. I have been his patient for several years now and love his manner and directness. He participates WITH you in your care, rather than just telling you without listening. I have also seen his PA and she is fantastic. Efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. On top of all of that they have the best phlebotomist I have ever seen. I have had blood drawn many times, but this one never misses and is painless. I highly recommend Dr Babbitt and his staff.
The staff does not care about their patients AT ALL! I have been a patient of Dr. Babbitt's for years and he is a great doctor. One day, I wrenched my back and awoke the next morning in extreme pain. I called the office and was told that Dr. Babbitt was fully booked but if I came in they could work me into his schedule. I checked in and told them about my back pain. I was told that I could only be seen by the physician's assistant but I was hurting so bad that I agreed to wait. After waiting two hours in the uncomfortable waiting room, I was taken back by a nurse. I described the physical activity that I had been doing the last few days and the pain I was in. I was told to go to the ER in Tyler because my problem MAY have been work related. I argued that I had overextended myself doing personal chores and that I had no plans to file Worker's Comp. They refused to let me see any of the medical personnel and sent in the office manager to dismiss me from the exam room. I was almost to the point of tears from the pain which had only worsened while waiting. The couldn't care less that I was hurt and only wanted to clear the exam room for the next patient. I had already missed half a day of work and was only told to go wait in the ER to get help.If you care about your health and expect your doctor's staff to, DO NOT go to this office. This was the worst experience I have ever with a doctor's office and I had to leave in worse pain than when I arrived. I will never go back because they had no compassion or care for their patients.
I love him because he is my papa and he made me shoot my first hog and bull mallard even if he didn't let me do that I would still love him😷😷😷🙌🙌🙌🙌

Dr. Babbitt is one of the best doctors I have ever seen and I'm 63 years old. He listens and addresses all your issues not just one. He is always professional but shows he cares about you.The office is clean and the staff friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Babbitt.
The office is very thorough. You are asked many , many questions on the "new patient" form then a nice lady comes in and asks you more questions. You wait less than a minute and he comes in. He is nice, cheerful and caring. You get a detailed exam and feel you're in safe hands with Dr Babbitt.
Very good doctor if you have pain go to another doctor
Dr. Babbitt is very good at finding your problem and taking care of it. He is very good at finding another doctor to help you if the problem is out of his area. He will not hesitate to refer you to someone else if necessary.
