Ut Health Quitman's Online Review Report Card

During my most recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised how efficient and friendly the ER personnel worked. They were respectful and kind and listened well. Much improved over previous visits in the past.

Worst ER I have ever been too. I went in with pain from a kidney stone. I told them what kind of medicine helps with the pain. He would only give me morphine which has never helped me in the past. I came in with pain around a 10 and left with the pain around 10. Dr did not care that I was still in pain when he discharged me and wouldn’t even try to give me something else for the pain. They don’t even deserve 1 Star. Hospitals are supposed to help people. Ridiculous.Worst ER I have ever been too. I went in with pain from a kidney stone. Absolutely the worst er I’ve ever been to! They treat you like your beneath them! Also when asked if I was vaccinated and said no I was given a look of disapproval! I’d rather die then ever go back to this er!

Dried blood and hair all over the floor, and the staff is atrocious. They like to violate privacy and hippa. In my opinion. This is now the next day. I had to call 6 times this morning to get them to send a script over they were supposed to last night. Had to call multiple times to get them to send it. I went in for what I thought was a yeast infection, and was treated extremely unprofessionally. Dr. Driver started with an attitude because I misspoke about the normality of my last menstrual cycle, he huffed and rolled his eyes when I corrected myself. Then during the pelvic exam he promptly said “do you get regular Pap smears, your cervix is red and looks like precancerous cervical dysplasia” THEN PROMPTLY LEFT. I was in tears bc who the heck just says that and leaves?!? Thankfully the sweet nurse stuck around to tell me not to take what he says so seriously. Even she said she doesn’t know why he’d say that. If you really enjoy a dr that punishes you for existing or treats you subpar because you misspoke, Dr Driver is for you.Dr. Driver, I hope you see this. PLEASE remember why you became a dr in the first place. This facility is poorly equipped and staff is lacking in training on how to deal with public. Lead charge nurse is over worked and again needs proper backup and more training on how to deal with public. What service you might get is random and not consistent. It’s QUITMAN, Texas and you are going to get hillbilly exposure to its finest. Be prepared for a “get around to it when I get there attitude” please do not contact me for further information. This is my second experience at being highly disappointed and then pist off.
