The Physical Therapists were were knowledgeable and were reliable. I have really no complaints about the employees. However this company is poorly run. I had about 5 different people coming in and out. Appears they are poorly staffed and are pulling people from the air.. "whoever will make the call". That got old fast and especially during Covid . I have requested 5 times for my discharge paperwork to be emailed to me as well as the Out Patient facility that I am now going to . One time I called the person answering the call was at the airport or somewhere near an airport as the noise was so loud I could not understand or hear her. That new facility has made repeated efforts to get my paperwork. To no avail. So, I am going to call 1 more time and then I am filing a complaint agains't Amcare Pro Home Health with the BBB and Attorney Generals office. I am also advising the physician who referred them to me of their ineptness. No one in health care should run a business like this. They do not deserve the 1 star I gave them.

Initial interview with caretaker went well. The first worker they sent instead seemed too old and uninterested to handle the physical requirements of caretaking. The second worker sent lied about being allowed to use her phone while working. My wife (the patient) was told to wait while the aide finished her call. On the third day of work, the aide couldn't find our house. She was on the wrong street. Now the billing for these poor workers is jacked up. One star for the first cna we met and wasn't able to work with us.
