Kenny fixed my glasses frames in just a few minutes. He is always so kind and he really knows his business. He is detail oriented and won’t let me leave until my glasses fit perfectly! Thank you!

To say going to the eye Dr is fun is an understatement. Dr Black and his whole staff are fun, engaging and an amazing way to spend a Tuesday morning. New glasses and a “new outlook”(see what I did there?) on vision care. Love myeyedr and his peeps!

Absolutely love this office! All the staff is wonderful. Dr. Black took his time with exam to get my script correct. Ended up with a pair of glasses that weren't quite right for my face and Kenny was an absolute gem helping me find another pair that are a perfect fit! Thanks for a great experience. Definitely recommend this office!!!

Excellent experience again at this Richardson vision provider. Dr Black is always professional and a quality doctor. Receptionists are kind and helpful, even gave me helpful feedback as I chose my frame. Assistant Manager, Kenny, is so very helpful and patient and kind and made a perfect adjustment on my glasses to help me correct an issue I had. These folks treat customers with respect and care through and through. I will be coming back! Highly recommend!

Always helpful. Came in to order contacts before the end of the year so I wouldn’t lose my benefit. They matched the 1800 contacts price and since I got a years supply they hooked me up with some shades too. Ashley, Erin, and Anne was very helpful and made it super easy to get everything done. I’ve been seeing dr black for a decade plus, and he always employs the kindest and most helpful staff. The only way they could be better is with a big raise and more paid time off. Daily massages would be a big boost to their productivity as well. Five Stars!

Other than the tech, KYLE, that did the preliminary screenings, the other staff members, Ashley, Ann, Mark, Kenny, Dr. Black...genuinely acted like they were 'happy' to be of service. I stopped trying to make small talk with Kyle. All he wanted to do was text on his phone versus helping customers. 🙄

Everyone here was so kind to me! The doctor I was scheduled with (Dr Julia Jose) relieved my anxiety and embarrassment about being nearly blind and trying to live without contacts or glasses until I mustered the courage/money to come in. She was so genuine and non judgemental in her care and made absolute sure I was comfortable with both my vision and the contacts she prescribed me before passing me on to Mark to get set up with glasses. I found a pair I liked and Mark took the time to get me the best deal on my contact supply and the price I'd be paying for everything as a whole. This was so foreign to me as I have always had a dollar amount thrown at me without much of a breakdown at previous eye doctors. They were even flexible enough to split my payment for me between the initial visit and when I go to pick them up! I am so thankful for this experience and would strongly suggest anyone with needs for contacts/glasses make a stop here!

They were nice, courteous, prompt, and thorough. I was the last person there and was not rushed. They even stayed late and answered all my questions. Recommend. Will be back for sure.
