I came in with severe tooth pain that no other doctors would touch. Dr Javier Ortiz did a root canal painlessly and made me whole again. I cannot recommend this place more

Had root canel on 11-3-2020. Dr Javier Ortiz staff was able to work me in soon after I called. My dental insurance did not cover this procedure but price was very reasonable. He did a great job, I am 69 yr old and know a good dentist when I experience one, he is one of them.

Dr. Javier Ortiz was absolutely wonderful! I was referred to Dr. Ortiz because I needed an emergency root canal, and my dentist was not conducting procedures due to the Covid 19 problems. There were a couple of issues that came up during my root canal, and Dr. Ortiz handled each one with great care & detailed explanations. Dr. Ortiz is both very professional & knowledgeable. I have already recommended a friend to him.

Best Endodontist in the Metroplex! Had a root canal on one of my front tooth, and felt so much better... Dr. Ortiz explains everything,very detailed and answered all of my questions and concerns. If you need a root canal this is the Doctor to go to.

Dr Ortiz did a great job I had a double root canal. He and his staff are quick and efficient. They know what they are doing. I haven't had any trouble with my root canal . I love the fact I didn't sit waiting and waiting. If I ever need another I will go back 😎

Bad service!! dr Ortiz himself did not do well fixing my tooth nor he did not spend a little time with me. ,all he did was rush through it and moved on to other patients. He's all about speed talk and money . My mother experienced the same issue with him he did her root canel and couple weeks later she had strong pain and when she came back to them they refused to take care of it. She was told to remove it and get another doctor. Dr Ortiz said to her " remove your tooth and we have another doctor to remove it for you " other than taking care of it . I suggest that no one go there because everyone will regret it at the end . My mother was told that she had strong infection when she went to a different doctor.
