Best primary care physician I’ve ever had. She is very professional and very thoughtful. I came in and she took my temperature and saw I had a fever. She immediately offered me some ibuprofen and hand delivered it to me with a water. She does an amazing job listening to your concerns and finds the best treatment. Highly recommend!!!

Dr Dean has taken great care of my father who will be 82 tomorrow! She is very thorough and always kind. We lover her and Linda her MA.

I haven’t even seen this doctor and I already have had a terrible experience. I switched my daughter PCP to Dr Dean a few months ago after they told me they were accepting new patients. When I called yesterday to try to schedule a well visit for my daughter they left me on hold until it disconnected. Didn’t have courtesy enough to call me back that day. I tried calling again today, and again they left me on hold until it disconnected. I called back, and the receptionist was extremely rude, saying that ‘we are really busy right now’. Finally then they told me that they are not accepting new patients. What a complete waste of my time, I cannot believe how unprofessional and rude they have been.

I can’t say thank you enough to Dr. Jessica Dean and her insurance referral team. The customer service shown by the front desk to Dr. Dean has been a blessing. Thank you, Team Dean!DebG.

She’s been putting up with me for awhile. Most importantly, I feel I’m headed towards being more healthier than I’ve been in awhile. What makes her even more amazing is that she’s honest, yet kind hearted. I have never felt rushed. I feel I can be honest without judgement. Thank you Dr. Dean and staff!!

I am not sure why the negative reviews, as far as I'm concerned the doctor was quick, polite and dressed professionally. Great bedside manner for the number of new patients she was getting. Linda and the staff were wonderful and upbeat as well.

Dr. Dean was great! Appointment was exactly on time, so much so that I had to complete the new patient paper work in my room because I barely had to wait in the waiting room. I explained my issues to the nurse, she then relayed them to Dr. Dean before she came into the room. She then went back over everything with me very thoroughly and even stayed to discuss anything else I had concerns with. I did not feel rushed at all! Would highly recommend!

Dr Dean is thorough and her staff is professional and does not keep you waiting long past your appointment time. I appreciate Dr Dean for taking time with her patients to find out exactly what the problem or problems are and finding solutions. I would definitely recommend Dr Dean.
