Joann was absolutely fabulous today! I had a dermaplane facial along with LED treatment and oxygen! It was an amazing experience and my skin feels and looks amazing! That glass smooth skin that everyone wants…I got it! I can’t wait to go back next month and get on a monthly regimen!

When I first walked in I was greeted so kindly from Tina! She was very quick & efficient when checking me in & got me back for my appointment. Joann did my facial & it was the best I’ve had in a while she was gentle yet had good pressure on my face! Don’t get me started on the massage!!! It was so relaxing & she really deep cleaned my face & it felt so hydrating & refreshing after. She even added sunscreen on my face at the end so I didn’t have to worry. Thu did my lips & she was very informative about the process & how it was going to feel within the next couple of weeks. My lips look so amazing & I get compliments all the time! I would 10/10 recommend coming to this beautiful, clean medspa! Everyone was so genuine & catered to me.

I was in the area and was interested in asking about their services. The med spa I used to go to is too far from where I live now so I thought this would have been perfect. However, I was at the front desk for about 10 minutes and nobody was there to greet or assist me. I could hear the employees gossiping in one of the rooms and no one ever came to help me. I decided to leave, guess I will have to continue to make that long drive.

I've been coming here since March and have really liked the technicians my daughter and I usually see -- they do a great job, and we've always been happy with the results. That said, the way the salon manages appointments is consistently disappointing. I always book ahead and show up on time, but we're made to wait *every* visit. Today was the worst -- we waited 30 minutes before being seated to soak, and then were told it would be another 15 minutes before our tech could start. That's a 45-minute delay *with an appointment*. I didn't have time to keep waiting, so I asked for a different tech. She was okay, but kept stopping to check and text on her phone throughout the entire service -- which just added to my frustration after already waiting so long. It's really upsetting to walk out feeling disappointed and still paying full price. I love the work when it's done, but the lack of professionalism and time management is pushing me to look elsewhere.

I did my facial and they were phenomenal. Check in was quick and they explained everything beforehand that would be included in my service. The esthetician was amazing and took great care of my skin. Definitely will be back in September for another facial.
