Great place both for urgent & as primary care, attentive, doesn't treat patients with autism like children, treats me like an adult consistently. I hop between this and their Murphy location for primary care, but primarily use this one for urgent. Even during lockdown, they've seen me in a timely manner

Beware!! Do not go here. Both doctor Qadri and Imam need to learn some medical ethics and their responsibilities towards their patient. This place is run more like a profit making business than to serve a community and I don’t want any part of it.

I had to cancel my 9:00am appt as a new patient because the office was still closed after 9am. Around 9:10 the doctor called me to apologize and said his staff had an emergency that’s why she couldn’t open on time. Well, where were you doctor when you were supposed to see me at 9am? He was nice but his reason WAS NOT legit. I can say they are not well prepared for their patients visit. They should be opened at 8:30 if they schedule patients at 9:00 Wont ever come here again since they don’t value our time.

Very bad guest service ., people not greet ., not smile., bad experience with Jessica .., she looked upset.,not polite ., not amicable.,dont know how to say thank you or please .,people at front desk need guest service training .This office staff make clients feel unwelcome ., Not happy ,first visit.

I came here for Covid testing and was very pleased with the attentive care I received. Dr. Imam came to my car personally and tested me. He was very kind and patient. Unfortunately, I tested positive, but thankfully he called in prescriptions for me and I had them in hand shortly after my visit. I will definitely remember his kindness the next time I need medical attention.
