This office is really beautiful inside! Very few people waiting, so social distancing was easy. And the employees have a process that works! I was checked in right away, and it actually took me longer to complete my paperwork than the whole process of getting my x-rays! LOL! Everyone was friendly and efficient. Glad I chose this location.

Wonderful people. I am extremely claustrophobic and was sent there because they have a open MRI.The staff was very lively and caring.They explained the differences in the MRI models and manage to actually helped me to wanted to try the shorter version the normal machine. It was only 15 min vs. 45 min in open MRI and I didn't need anything to calm me down because of their special tool. This experience was awesome for me. I would go back anytime for MRI. Thank you to the staff. You guys rock.

I am so claustrophobic that I begin to cry just thinking about having an MRI. In the past I've had several, and had to be medicated. Even in the ones referred to as "open". When I was told that I needed another I did some research and found the upright chair at Memorial - it was amazing! Lynn was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable that she made me feel like it was no big deal. When she saw me getting anxious while comparing my plus-size frame to the width of the chair, she distracted me and got me to turn around so that I was facing away from it. Her attention throughout the scans was quite reassuring, to the point that I was actually mentally comfortable enough to fall asleep!My thanks to the entire staff that helped me that day. I do need to return for two additional procedures, but at least I'm only stressed about the results, and not the process!

Zero stars. But I had to give them one to post this review. No words on their services. This facility was listed with my insurance plan as a provider for the MRI test I needed. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance, had my doctor send them the test order, got multiple reminders for my appointment, confirmed my appointment over the phone, I showed up for my appointment, filled in all the paperwork, made a payment for my copay, waited for an hour, got called in, instructed to change for the test, got in the lab to be hooked up to the contrast IV and then I was told they made a mistake and they should have never scheduled me for this type of test because they don't have the capabilities to do it. I honestly can't understand how their scheduling service can make this gross error. Unacceptable! I made a complaint with my insurance plan to let them know they should not be listed for the services they scheduled me for. Double and triple check if they provide the test you want them to perform.

Shot out to Mrs. Liz! She was amazing! She is very compassionate and knew exactly how to help me. I’m claustrophobic and she helped me straight throughout it. Nice lady! Front desk staff and others were nice as well.

I must say Memorial MRI & Diagnostic is one of the best places actually it is the best place that I've ever had an MRI. First , they went above and beyond to verify and remind me of my appointment with phone calls, emails and text messages. Next, the day before my appointment, Lynn (MRI tech) called to remind me and speak with me about the appointment. She went above and beyond to insure that I not only felt comfortable, but that I knew what to expect and the process. She was a-m-a-z-I-n-g! The day of the appointment Dawn (front desk receptionist) insured all of my paper was completed, insured that I understood HIPPA, and insured I received my disk from my MRI. She was professional and answered all of my questions. Also the day of my appointment Andrew (MRI tech) was informative, walked me through the process, and was very professional. Both Lynn and Andrew insured I was comfortable, and had a pleasant experience. They were obviously skilled and competent experts who were very efficient and proficient in their fields of expertise. Thank you very much. I highly recommend Memorial MRI & Diagnostic especially if you need an open MRI!

MRI was so comfortable the technician Andrew was so warm, caring and professional. I felt very looked after. Explained each step, process, checked to see if I was comfortable. I had a fantastic experience. I recommend this place to everyone. The staff at front desk was very polite and professional. Thank you guys!
