I feel very confident with Heartplace on Renner. I and my wife have moved all of medical records to this Heartplace location I have shaved my professional experience with many friends and church members and they too are extremely please with the medical care this Heartplace provides

My mother have been seeing Dr Nhan Nguyen’s quite for the last 2 years he’s amazing kind and expertise, however the staff wasn’t friendly especially the assistant who is unprofessional and rude not really helpful Bc my mother have a appointment @8:45 and we were told the service is will finish around 1 hours or hour and haft unfortunately we have to wait almost 3 hours @ the wait rooms and all I ask is taking so long , there are patients who have late appontments and fishing before my mother appointment which same services this is ridiculous customer service.......

My mom has an appointment @8:45 for a heart test when I schedule the appointment i asked the staff how long would it take and they said it should be an hour or hour and half the most but unfortunately I have to wait literally almost 3 hours at the waiting room and i asked why it’s taking so long for the procedure this is ridiculous service staff are unprofessional!

Dr. Nguyen is a very good doctor. He listens to you, he asks questions and lets you answer. I find him to be a compassionate and caring doctor. He takes his time with you and you leave feeling like you have been cared for.
