I had gotten my first dysport injection recently by Katy. I met her in my store close by and loved her so much I followed her to her store! All of the staff is so sweet, and I will be continuing to go back for more services.

The most amazing staff and products. My skin has forever changed for the better. Nichole is the one who administers my B-12 shots. She is so professional and amazing at what she does. Great group of ladies.

Katy is the absolute best! I've been going to her for over 10 years, and she has always taken the best care of my face. I was very nervous about getting dysport and fillers... but she eased all my concerns and explained things until I was comfortable. We did things gradually so i could see and evaluate results. She listens, provides great recommendations, and cares very deeply about your skin. Nichole is also a rockstar at weightloss and IV therapies. Even though I moved all the way to Waxahachie I still make the drive to see them. They are so sweet, and the best in the business.

Love all of my treatments at premier med spa! Julie is there on Saturday and has completely perfected my Botox injections. She is super gentle, and precise! Katie works magic with the needle! Never over does it, and gives honest feedback. Tessa keeps me calm and entertained. Best team at Premier med spa!

Premier Med spa is amazing! I’ve truly had a great experience with everyone there! Mariana at reception is super nice and helpful. Nicole is super knowledgeable and gives me and my partner B12 shots which have definitely improved our immune systems and our energy levels. Elizabeth is amazing esthetician and helped me address any skin concerns she saw during my facial. My whole family goes to premier med spa and if anyone is looking for med spa services this is the place to go to!
