I have seen this doctor's office for years, and now they suddenly refused to see me because I do not have a booster shot for COVID. That is just poor policy... walked in needing to see a doctor for what I am almost certain is strep and they turned me away for that. Wow! So if you're sick I would certainly not go to this place.

I want to do a H pylori test and I have to go to a third party lab to do it because I had to work during their office time. They promised to send the request to Labcorp but they didn’t. So I spent time driving and making appointment and come to Labcorp for nothing. And they cannot send it immediately because they were closed. Stupid because I specifically asked them if I need paper work to schedule, they said no, so I ended up not being able to do the test. Dr. Golwala is the best PCP I've ever had. Every other doc I've had just tried to do a quick diagnosis then prescribe antibiotics but Golwala actually took time and talked with me when I came in.

Our family has gone to Richardson Healthcare going on 20 years. Mona has been with the front office staff since day one and is always very professional, sweet and helpful. For as long as I can remember, Dr. James Olfson has been our family Dr. He is very friendly, smart and thorough. He always explains everything so you understand and we trust his judgement. He has diagnosed serious and non-serious issues and referred us when needed. I cannot say ANYTHING bad about FHCA! I love my Dr, who is Dr. Miller…she is amazing, she genuinely cares and you don’t get that a lot these days. Dr. Miller has been my Dr for over 20 yr and I wouldn’t change a thing!I have to speak on a couple of the ladies at the front, one in particular….Stephanie is the sweetest, most caring and thoughtful woman I have EVER encountered at any Dr’s office! Stephanie is ALWAYS there front and center to help anytime I need her, she definitely deserves a raise or something because of her hard work and thoughtfulness!A+ for sure!!
