Dr. Lartchenko's assistant Lauren is not good at her job. She forgets to give patients pertinent information and then claim that she did gave the information to the patient. Lauren is extremely disrespectful and is very confrontational when you call her out on her mistakes. You do not argue with your customers, as we are your business. I would never return to this clinic as it isn't patient friendly. I felt as if Dr. Lartchenko wasn't listening and just wanted to rush to the next patient. He does not care about the patients but instead he's seems to be more concerned about how many people he could see to claim on their insurance. This should be investigated. If you have a serious illness I highly suggest that you seek another physician. This staff is the most inconsiderate medical staff I've ever encountered to care for senior citizens. His assistant Lauren lies when she forgets to do her job. She is incompetent I scheduled for my dad to see Dr Lartchenko several times due to him having severe bacterial infections. My dad was seen by Sergio's Nurse Practitioner who had as much knowledge to treat patients with any type of infection as my five year old. The visit was pointless. After that visit dad ended up in the hospital with a life threatening infection. I scheduled another appointment asking to see the doctor the receptionist assured me that my dad would see Sergio Lartchenko. That was another lie; again we saw another nurse Practitioner stated to do a better job, she failed royally as well. We finally got a visit with the great Sergio Lartchenko. This doctor face shows no concerns. He doesn't greet the family. I've never met this guy before and he couldn't be bothered. He's cocky and not even that great of a provider. He rushes you through and can't be bothered to hear your full concerns. This practice is a money making machine. The patients are just a number on an assembly line. Dr. Lartchenko facial expressions are like "what do you want?" And he's the doctor. He's rude, half treats and really seems as if he doesn't want to be bothered. His front office is allowed to speak to patients and their families like simpletons. Maybe in his younger days he was better, but I wouldn't let him treat my donkey after these close to the verge of malpractice incidents.

I walked into the office shocked, unaware and concerned for my health after a surgical procedure gone wrong that left me with the MRSA virus. The team was kind, caring and extremely informative. Giving me information every step of the way. 6 weeks of care by the doctor and his talented staff made me grateful for such amazing care. I would recommend them and give them 100 stars if I could.
