Thomas Frank's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Frank and his team are amazing. Extremely caring and accommodating. My allergy journey with drops has surpassed what I started with shots with another doctor. I am always highly impressed with the amount of time he spends talking about treatment, asking questions, and having a dialogue about my wellness. Dr. Frank was a recommendation from another friend and I absolutely agree.

We had made an appointment for our two year old daughter who has ear tubes. We missed the appointment and when I called to reschedule, I got shamed And told that we would be lucky if the doctor would ever see her again , after a little bagging she scheduled me for the 19th at 9 AM. When my baby and myself arrived I was told I didn’t have an appointment and that she doesn’t know what I’m doing there. I told her I had an appointment “I can verify by the recording on my Amazon Alexa” would she like to here it? She said “no I could have forgotten to put it in I do that”. As she was explaining to the other medical assistant she told her that I was lying about making an appointment, I guess she realize I could hear her and she corrected herself and told the other M.A “I could have forgotten” the other medical assistant went along with her as I was looking at both of them. I decided right then and there they were not going to see my little girl. I Politely excuse myself and left. As I was checking the reviews on Google I found out that other people had similar experiences, I wonder what we have in common?

Had the worst experience trying to schedule an appointment which is such a shame. The first time I called the lady took down my number wrong after I had repeated it to her three time and was never called to confirm appointment. The second time I scheduled the elderly lady jotted down the wrong date and time and said I was wrong and missed the appointment. I know I told her the truth. She then told me that it was not going to work out and to find another doctor. That is terrible customer service. According to the lady that answered the phone they have no way of confirming appointments through email or text. I wish the owner of the practice knew what she was doing, because it's unacceptable.

My husband had a horrible nosebleed. Dr. Frank was in surgery, but met him in office after surgery. He’s a wonderful doctor. Wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Dr. Frank is the absolute best. He is patient, knowledgeable, easy-going, professional, and funny; pretty much everything you need in a great doctor. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions one-by-one and was more than happy to do so. His staff is kind, and his office is very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Frank if you are looking for an ENT specialist.

Dr. Frank is such a caring and knowledgeable physician. His patient's best interests are always first and foremost in his mind. He explains everything well and gives clear instructions. He also tries to save patient's money whenever he can. His staff is kind, professional, an accommodating. He is one of the best doctors we have ever seen. There never is a long wait and the building has plenty of free parking.

I have had great experiences with Dr. Frank over the last 4 years. I would recommend him!!
