The lady Dawn was super rude and had no emotions towards a serious issue like getting xrays sent over to the doctor. The xrays were for a 6 year old and she told me she sent them but when i called the doctor they didn’t have them. This is not the first time i had encounter rude receptionist in this location. I will not be coming here ever again. Putting people diagnosis on hold because you don’t want to do your job is plain wrong and should not be tolerated.

These people look and act like amateurs and somewhat unprofessional. The checkin system is haphazardly inefficient. Three patients reservation seemed to have been cancelled through the clerks incompetence. After waiting for a long time, finally we were asked to come in The actual technologist had very poor people skills, bad attitude and poor English communication skills. Very unhappy about their service , attitude and in competence . Why does any doctor pick this place ????

Outstanding staff! My doctor sent me over with an order for an ultrasound telling me that it was walk-in. The receptionist told me that ultrasounds were by appointment only. She looked through schedules of many different locations and helped me find one that was not a long wait, since I was fasting. She helped me do all of the paperwork before I left for the other location so that I could just walk in and have the imaging done. Thank you so much! I was so tired and hungry… I’m not sure what I would have done if I would have had to wait several more hours.
