AwfulAvoid it. Stupid receptionist🤦🏼♀️I had an appointment at 1120 and I spent 40 min on road. Receptionist said me they can’t do my sclerotherapy because the doctor is busy and I need to came after two hours😳 I was waiting my appointment about one month and came on time why you didn’t call me? Ok. I came back after two hours and she said me the doctor had lunch time and I need to wait 40 min more. Nopethanks. I left it and never return

Loved the entire team. They were extremely hospitable and receptive to what I had to say. The only bummer was my doctor quit 90 percent of the way through my surgeries. Overall my legs feel great and I’m excited to begin a new chapter in my life without worrying about how my legs look. What a great experience

This place is AMAZING The staff is such a great team and Dr. John is fabulous Ive been several times and its always the same. Quick efficient painless and wonderful results. Would never hesitate to go back if needed. These people have got it right

Very nice pleasant staff 55 stars Like the first review mentioned theres a separate business office that handles booking and billing so there are lots of inconveniences and miscommunication. The staff at this location was very supportive and determined to troubleshoot technical issues with my visit. Do not be surprised if you find yourself rescheduling or waiting 1040 minutes past your appointment time. Whoever books this stuff internally keeps overbooking and its very messy so I appreciate the staff having to deal with corporate. The doctor who performs this treatment is very fast and busy. I believe hes aways between the two locations here. I went to service some old spider veins which Ive had for a while since my teenage years. They only treat your legs So no hips face etc. Im not sure if I have an upcoming varicose veins issue but Im considering coming here for treatment if I do.

I was initially very frustrated with this clinic. The problem is that they are centrally organized so corporate overbooks them. The staff have to deal with the overbooking and many people including me become frustrated at the ridiculous amount of time that you have to wait. After my initial frustration I realized that the staff is very caring and very professional. I most especially like the doctor hes down to earth personable and seems to really care about his patients. Thats rare. Still waiting to see my results but I have confidence in this doctor. I would recommend just be prepared to wait an outrageous amount of time.
