Vibra Hospital Of Richardson's Online Review Report Card

I wanted to thank several people who stand out to me that took care of my brother at Vibra. Bobby and Heidi and Norma and Jade were 4 of the nurses that were top notch. Monina and Colleen supervisors were also amazing. As far as respiratory Dedra she is a super star and I believe if it had not been for her my brother would not be home today, her and God! The physical therapy ladies were also great. Tracy and Don I am very thankful for all that you did for my brother and for me. It was a long road and times we did not know if he was going to make it but he did! I am also thankful for all the Doctor's who helped him.

My dad went to Vibra after multiple long stays in the hospital and then a rehab. They took amazing care of him. He doesn't speak very much English but this was never a problem for them. We all felt comfortable with the staff and doctors. Glad to finally have him back home with us! Would recommend this place to everyone!

I'm a patient here now. I cannot recommend this place. They don't have enough staff to cover the amount of patients they have. I pushed my call Button over a half hour ago. My nurse is too busy to help me. I need to be cleaned. So here I wait in pain and no one to help.The employees who work here are awesome, this place just needs more of them.

I don't normally do reviews, but I had to do one for Vibra!!! They were amazing with my brother! We didn't know if he would make it but with the excellent nurses and doctors he is finally home with us! They have excellent respiratory therapists, wound care, and therapy. Monina was the sweetest. We can't thank them enough!

As a clinical liaison for PAM Rehab Hospital of Richardson, I get to evaluate patients that need rehab and hospital services. Often, I evaluate patients at Vibra Hospital in Richardson.They provide outstanding patient care. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff, great physicians, nursing, respiratory and rehab.It’s a great pleasure working with Don, CM, and clinical liaison team.

My wife was here a few months ago and I can't stop raving about how they saved her to everyone I know, so I decided to finally write a review and let the whole world know. She was very sick with covid and on the vent, they were able to get her back to breathing on her own. She got a lot stronger there and then was able to go to rehab to continue working. The staff was very nice and kept us updated on everything. We thank Vibra for saving her life! She is now home with me!!

Vibra Richardson was absolutely amazing for my loved one!! It is a small facility but they have great care! The food is better than other hospitals. They took wonderful care of my husband. the nurses, techs, therapists, everyone seemed to really care about us and him getting better. If you are looking for a place for your family to go, this is it!!

This is the worst!!!! place you can take your loved one.Nurses are rude in the day and night shifts, except two Hispanic nurses they get 5 stars! They are in the day shift, they care about there patients.

My brother came here after a long hospitalization. He had been to another long term acute care hospital in Plano before and we were very unhappy with them. We were hesitant about going to another one but after talking to the doctors and the staff at Vibra, we felt comfortable to bring him here. We absolutely love this place! The staff takes care of him like we would. They were able to get him over his pneumonia and off the ventilator. So thankful for the staff and this place!! Would definitely recommend to a family member.

My friend is receiving the absolute WORST care!!! Her husband was there 2 days with out a wound vac because they only do them MWF and the person “FORGOT” on Wednesday so he had to wait until Friday!!!!!! My friend had to sleep in a desk chair with her head on his tray table because “that is all they have”!!!! I could go on and on!! This place is going to KILL him!!!!!
