Often, I evaluate patients at Vibra Hospital in Richardson.They provide outstanding patient care. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff, great physicians, nursing, respiratory and rehab.It’s a great pleasure working with Don, CM, and clinical liaison team.

This is the worst!!!! place you can take your loved one.Nurses are rude in the day and night shifts, except two Hispanic nurses they get 5 stars! They are in the day shift, they care about there patients.

Vibra Richardson was absolutely amazing for my loved one!! It is a small facility but they have great care! The food is better than other hospitals. They took wonderful care of my husband. the nurses, techs, therapists, everyone seemed to really care about us and him getting better. If you are looking for a place for your family to go, this is it!!

My wife was here a few months ago and I can't stop raving about how they saved her to everyone I know, so I decided to finally write a review and let the whole world know. She was very sick with covid and on the vent, they were able to get her back to breathing on her own. She got a lot stronger there and then was able to go to rehab to continue working. The staff was very nice and kept us updated on everything. We thank Vibra for saving her life! She is now home with me!!

My brother came here after a long hospitalization. He had been to another long term acute care hospital in Plano before and we were very unhappy with them. We were hesitant about going to another one but after talking to the doctors and the staff at Vibra, we felt comfortable to bring him here. We absolutely love this place! The staff takes care of him like we would. They were able to get him over his pneumonia and off the ventilator. So thankful for the staff and this place!! Would definitely recommend to a family member.

I came into emergency after a dog attack. I couldn't walk and had aggressive injuries to my hands. The "doctors" told me I was fine after x-rays and treated me like garbage to get me out. I wasn't fine...my leg was BROKEN and my left hand needed surgery.

What a blessing that I got to come to Vibra. Belinda, you were a gift from the Father. Both day and night shifts were great, doctors were wonderful, rehab team got me further faster than anyone expected. How could I EVER express my gratitude for the attention and care I received here. YOU ARE ALL WONDERFUL, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart!

My Relative sat 3 hours in dirty diaper incompetent staff. Have had several other issues. Don't use them.
