As a clinical liaison for PAM Rehab Hospital of Richardson, I get to evaluate patients that need rehab and hospital services. Often, I evaluate patients at Vibra Hospital in Richardson.They provide outstanding patient care. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff, great physicians, nursing, respiratory and rehab.It’s a great pleasure working with Don, CM, and clinical liaison team.

My wife was here a few months ago and I can't stop raving about how they saved her to everyone I know, so I decided to finally write a review and let the whole world know. She was very sick with covid and on the vent, they were able to get her back to breathing on her own. She got a lot stronger there and then was able to go to rehab to continue working. The staff was very nice and kept us updated on everything. We thank Vibra for saving her life! She is now home with me!!

Vibra Richardson was absolutely amazing for my loved one!! It is a small facility but they have great care! The food is better than other hospitals. They took wonderful care of my husband. the nurses, techs, therapists, everyone seemed to really care about us and him getting better. If you are looking for a place for your family to go, this is it!!

My brother came here after a long hospitalization. He had been to another long term acute care hospital in Plano before and we were very unhappy with them. We were hesitant about going to another one but after talking to the doctors and the staff at Vibra, we felt comfortable to bring him here. We absolutely love this place! The staff takes care of him like we would. They were able to get him over his pneumonia and off the ventilator. So thankful for the staff and this place!! Would definitely recommend to a family member.

What a blessing that I got to come to Vibra. Belinda, you were a gift from the Father. Both day and night shifts were great, doctors were wonderful, rehab team got me further faster than anyone expected. How could I EVER express my gratitude for the attention and care I received here. YOU ARE ALL WONDERFUL, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I have nothing but good things to say about Vibra Hospital of Richardson! EVERYONE that works here or is associated with Vibra I feel helped save my life, post COVID! Again everyone here is remarkably amazing❤️🥰. They all care so much! Nurses and Case Management Team were awesome!!!

Exceptional Quality Care by Outstanding Clinicians and Administrative Teams!Any low rating or poor reviews on a platform for Vibra Hospital of Richardson should not be the deterrent which leads you elsewhere for inpatient care. From the first introduction with Belinda, the Clinical Liaison through discharge planning, the care and attention to my mother's needs has been extraordinary. Belinda's communication throughout her stay was outstanding and she helped me look over her when I couldn't be there constantly while working. My mother has experienced many stays in various skilled nursing, long-term care and hospitals throughout the area since COVID began and Vibra far exceeds the gold standard for compassionate care. For the first time in a year, I was able to sleep at night knowing she was cared for properly.

Care was excellent, they took in consideration our special needs, made concessions for those needs.

They are very attentive and are always making me comfortable.
