Andres is no longer there which is disappointing. We had already established a professional connection and he knew everything I needed. No one informed me prior to my appointment that I wasn’t going to be seeing him. Although the receptionist did offer me an option of seeing someone else while I was there i refused. I feel the correct thing would have been to be notified if I Was ok with seeing a different injector, before hand instead of having me drive all the way out there.

Andres has done an exceptional job of allowing me to "age gracefully." I look like a rested just-been-to-the-spa version of myself, but the key is that I look myself. He's put together a maintenance/preventative plan that will help me continue to have that look. Highly recommended! KK

I refer to Ashley & Abby as my glam squad because they’re the real reason why I look so refreshed and rejuvenated! The quality of my skin is so important in my job as a model and Ashley helps me stay informed and educated on what I should be doing to enhance that. I get compliments on my skin CONSTANTLY because of her. Abby helps keep my aesthetics balanced and truly takes the time to listen and go over reference pictures and concerns with me. Makes me feel like we’re truly a team and I have some control! I trust them with my career and I’m so thankful for their precision, dedication and talent!

I’ve been coming here since Jan of this year and have been seeing Ashley for hydrofacials and microneedling. She is the sweetest! She’s knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable. The membership has helped me keep my skin a priority and I’m loving the results! The texture and glow in my skin have never looked better. Highly recommend!

first off the facials are amazing here, also for injections, andres is such a well knowledgeable injector and really helps you understand what will work best for the look you want to achieve, all around great experiences here!

Joining V/O Spa as a member was probably the best decision I’ve made for my self-care and confidence. I began with monthly facials, administered by the talented and super friendly Ashley Payne since day 1! She’s always keeping me informed of new services, giving detailed explanations of their pros/cons, and curates a relaxing experience. My skin has never looked better! Victoria Yang has also been extremely helpful with my fitness journey, via Cool Sculpting and Esculpt NEO sessions. She’s super knowledgeable, gives me realistic expectations of both services (which have been great!), and is an extremely welcoming person. Also, the front desk staff are great! I typically see Cami and Amar the most, and they’re always super friendly with check-ins, scheduling, and additional services. They truly help set the tone for a positive experience. Always looking forward to my next appointment, and highly recommend to those interested in expanding in the self-care space. Thank you all so much!!

Amazing spa & staff

Beware! This place is unethical and a scam! There is no signage of policy or purchasing. Prices are higher than anywhere else even a plastic surgeon's office. They only have 1 licensed estheticians that don’t perform procedures. They rope you into membership during pop-ups so it’s too busy without disclosing the exit or purchase policy. I’ve called numerous times for my money back and no response. They have no signs of no refunds even if you never get the procedure or product. It’s wild they haven’t been shut down, yet. Several plastic surgeons urged me to report them to BBB and the health department. Just go to a doctor's office instead for safer, reasonable, and actual results.

V/o Richardson is the place to go to take care of your skin, the staff members are very friendly and professional, they advice on what to use for special occasions. I never thought my skin would be bright and clean without their services, I highly recommend it
