Every time I would bring my elderly parents here to see Dr. Rodriguez it’s as if she was always in a bad mood or scolding them for their health issues. I would say given the population that this clinic services, health care professionals should be more understanding and compassionate.

I have been waiting for my blood work results but I don’t get a call from them. They have the results in but the DR doesn’t review it so that the nurse could call me back for the response. I want to know my results. The Took my urine sample but only checked for the infections they didn’t want to confirm the pregnancy I did a home pregnancy test before I went to the clinic and I told him that I did that and I was positive but he still should’ve checked it when they took my urine sample. The person that I went to she was not really a gynecologist she was just a physician so she didn’t even do an ultrasound at the clinic she referred me to someone else after a week or so I got the appointment and then she confirmed the pregnancy. The ultrasound technician couldn’t tell me the baby’s heartbeat how much was it she told me the doctor will tell me and she took the measurement of the baby also same thing the doctor will tell me I mean this is if she’s a gynecologist she should’ve done everything at her clinic

I tried to get an appointment for four times but l couldn’t. I called the stuff two times in October 2021 and two times in November they told me no appointment until 2022. Then after l were upset with them they give an appointment in 24 of February. It means l have to wait two months to see my doctor. I am 71 years old and I have not see my doctor since April 2021. Bad experience with the stuff.

Fui a agendar una cita desde agosto y me la dieron hasta hoy 26 de octubre ,( según por ser paciente nuevo )llego me anoto 15 minutos antes( no se si esto molesto a la,señora,secretaria ) tenía la cita, a la 1 :30 y me llama y me dice que el.doctor no fue ,pero no regreso a nadie solo a mi,y ahora me la dio para enero 25 del 2022 ,me parece mucho tiempo i ,quisiera que pacientes nuevos me digan si esto es así con todos o solo con mi persona, sucedió esto .Se me hizo muy raro todo esto.pero en fin ,espero que el 25 de enero si Dios me permite llegar no me la cambie para mayo o junio .

Waited over a month for my appointment I have the consent urge to urinate and today Tuesday the 14th the day after the storm I was just called and informed my new appointment date would be in December
