Christopher Reilly's Online Review Report Card

I scheduled my first appointment. I left work early (half day) I drive across town an hour to be there on time. I get there 30 minutes early and the receptionist tells me - oh we have been calling you to reschedule. Well I receive a lot of calls and I was at work- you didn’t leave me a message. All they had to do was leave a message and I would not have wasted time leaving work early, driving an hour - for nothing. I will not be rescheduling with this office.

Dr Riley is the best, he takes the time to sit with his patients and talk about what is needed!!!!

When you go to the consultation the staff is very friendly and make you feel welcomed. Dr Reilly explains everything and answers all questions. Once you leave everything is on you so make sure to ask every question you can think of because it’s hard getting the Gwen lady whose suppose to be guiding you through the whole process on the phone. Every time I called I was told she’s busy and she’ll call me back which she never did. Now I’ve completed my last nutrition class and I still haven’t heard from them. Dr.Reilly seems genuine from that one time I met him so honestly this is why I’ll leave one star but his team makes you want to consider elsewhere. I’m wishing I did:(

Dr. Reilly performed bariatric surgery on me. He was very informative and hands on treatment.

I tried this morning to get an appointment with Dr. Reilly. He came very well recommended from friends of ours. He might be the bees knees in bariatrics but you will never know that personally because of his horrendous office staff. the first person i had the misfortune of speaking to was a girl "Lijah"? She left me on hold for over ten minutes and then again for several more. She told me they were very busy. When I asked her if they were too busy for new patients she said "yes". Good luck growing THAT office!! I asked for the office manager several times, but instead they gave me to "Barbara" who made lots of excuses. She told me the online appointment maker was not working and she could not explain why the recording on the phone recommended it for use if it did not work. I NEVER got the manager. The office staff is horrible. Usually that says something about the care. Please keep looking for another provider. I will. Good GRIEF! I wish I could leave minus stars.

Dr Reilly was very patient. He answered all my questions. Explained everything, did not rush like most doctors. It was a very pleasant visit under the circumstances. A fellow nurse highly recommended him and she was not wrong. I drove over an hour to get to his office. Worth the drive. I will continue to see him for my surgery needs.

I have not actually had a visit with him. I cannot get past the office staff. I called to get an appointment for my husband and "Lijah" had me on hold for ten minutes and then again for five minutes. She told me she was very busy and i asked if she was too busy for new patients and she said yes, sometimes. That was enlightening. I asked to speak to the manager and got "Barbara" the "lead" instead. She told me that the online appointment making tool "was not working". Nevermind that the message on the phone instructs you to utilize that as a patient. She was full of excuses about how busy they were and how there was just so much "going on". I asked repeatedly for the office manager and no one would let me speak with her. I really wanted to use Dr. Reilly because he came so well suggested, but I don't think i can get through his horrible office to make an appointment.

Had emergency hernia and small bowel obstruction surgery and Dr Reilly was so kind and told me exactly what he was going to do. i knew i was in good hands. i recommend Dr Reilly highly

Dr. Reilly is a great Dr. He takes his time and very patient.

I’ve been to Dr. Reilly twice for surgery in the last 7 years. Both times have been a success. He’s a very patient and thorough man. He covers all aspects of the surgery, potential outcomes and aftercare measurements. He was even accessible on call when I had an issue. The wait times on average are 30-45 minutes. That’s typical for a doctor’s office these days. However, it’s still an inconvenience. Nevertheless, if you can get beyond the waiting room and onto the operating table, your life is in great hands.
