i went to this er this morning &’ nurse robert kept insisting that i was sick due to my booster. he didn’t even wanna swab my right nostril because my nose piercing that comes right out of my nose. then when he came out to give me my results he thought it was funny to say “ well your new years wish came true” then continued to hand me my POSITIVE results. then when he was sitting down across from me he took off his mask &’ continued say that in his “ personal opinion “ masks are not helpful at all &’ in his 3 years he’s not caught covid. over all very unprofessional on his end.

Update 12.30.2021Go in with severe symptoms of possible Covid and they charge $300 for a pcr test! If insurance isn’t paying for it, why would they not report that because insurance should definitely be paying. That is a complete ripoff and you all shouldn’t even offer testing if you’re going to charge $300We had a great experience coming here! Everyone took great care of my daughter. Thanks to Stephanie for making registration very easy and less painful than most places. Thanks to Lorena for going the extra mile making sure my daughter felt comfortable in every aspect. Thanks to Veronica for being an awesome nurse and making sure my daughter was treated properly. And a big thanks to Dr. Trujllo for treating my baby girl and for having us in and out in a timely manner. You all were awesome and we greatly appreciate it!

Please don’t go here for Covid test. Drove 20 minutes to this location just to be told it’s 150$ with insurance. I’ll read online If you are having active covid symptoms, we are happy to treat you and willadjust your co-pay to $50 for this ER visit. Your insurance will be billed as anEmergency Room visit, and your deductible may apply. Clearly they just want people to go in. Big scam.

Drove about 20 minutes over here because their automated system said they can bill you via your insurance for covid testing. Nurses at the front said that is not the case and they charge you $150

Went to get covid tested this morning, the nurse was very rude as she stuck the swab up my nostril. Said do you want a good covid test or not I barely stuck it up there. I said no you didn’t barely stick it up there you can’t tell how far your going. I have had several before and it has never been that rough of a swab. I will never use there services again for anything. Do to her rudeness. Providing good customer is being kind to clients who come in for services.

Here with my daughter at front line. We always come here anytime for any of our family. They are always hospitable and love the family oriented experience. The atmosphere is always clean and very please. I promise you will never be disappointed. I encourage and recommend all of my family friends and church members to this location on Gaston rd. They are simply the best. The xray tech is very knowledgeable and they make sure you have your results on your email. We love them...... happy holidays

I absolutely love this ER from the doctor Shann Fitzgerald to the staff Misty and everyone else there was a great big help to me they didn’t stop until they found out what was wrong with me and even in the mist of telling me the things that was wrong with me they gave me hugs and told me everything would be ok which I’m sure it will be and how many doctors and staff will tell you keep in contact and let me know the out come they even said if I need someone to talk to to call them I can appreciate that and I do. best Emergency room I have ever been too I do recommend this er
