Very detailed and thorough

Was at this office 08/12/22. Worst receptionist ever. Had an 8.15am appointment, checked in and was asked to sit down. An hour later she looks up and ask if I was waiting for someone? She hadn’t even notified anyone I was there. Second time this was happening. Smh

Doctor is helpful. But it is a nightmare to work with their recption and billing departments. They bill you for annual health check ups and do not answer calls/call back. And their billing department is closed on working days too.

Have worked in healthcare for 20+ yrs. While the Dr is nice enough, she is more interested in typing on her laptop as #1 priority. Very typical of how young docs have been trained with electronic records. Patient focus is #2 with the young ones. This is an "ok" place for general medical-- would NOT go here for anything complicated. RX are sometimes wrong, you have to call and call for corrections. They don't have all med supplies a doc office should have-- by design. Its like a doc in the box. Yep, she is a doc, nope this aint wonderful.. Better practices could be found near Memorial City Med Center... which is what I'll be doing sadly.

My husband was denied an appointment because he is having chest tightness, most likely due to GERD, his history of afib, or lingering damage from Covid but he was immediately denied an appointment because "chest tightness is a Covid symptom." He had Covid in August 2020 and has been fully vaccinated since March. Would not recommend a doctor's office with people who are so stupid and care so little.

I have been seeing Dr. J. Depue since 2018. In 2016 I developed a problem with my hand. She just glances at my hand . The only thing she would say is stop using the hand. The problem has never gotten better. Dr. Depue is a sweet young doctor. . But not someone i would refer others to.

Absolutely adore Dr. Depue. I came in as a new patient two months ago with several concerns and she took the time to listen to each of the concerns on my long list. She did not rush or belittle me, and she actually heard me! I came back for a follow up today and I feel compelled to write a review because it has been ages since I’ve seen a doctor that I felt this level of care and attention from. She explained lab results and conditions in such great detail and once again took the time to listen to me and communicate with me in a way that I feel very taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Depue to anyone looking to find their “person” in a doctor.

I went in several visits. Chose dr.depue as pcp based on reviews. I do not trust these reviews for thus doctor I have experienced different. I have visit several times paid fees and received unprofessional unsure consultations. DR.J DEPUE seemed unsure about every thing she told me but she is the professional✋🏽 A waste of my time and money. I have been offended on several occasions by the doctor I will be filing complaints and take my business elsewhere..In this day and time its ashamed how I was treated based on how I looked or what I wore. The doctor was very timid and unsure made me feel uncomfortable so my last visit was Friday 11/13

Dr. Depue is incredibly sweet and truly cares for her patients. Her and her staff are very professional and respectful. I would definitely recommend seeing her!

I am fairly new to Dr. Depue's office, but I am already convinced that I made the right choice in becoming a patient of hers. I love how she is very attentive and willing to listen. The on-site lab for bloodwork is a definite plus for me too.
