List of Julio Molina's Reviews
I like it
I normally don't write reviews but I have never been so out done by a medical professional before that I must write this one. The office assistant to Dr. Julio Molina that handles FMLA forms told me today that I could not get a form filled out unless I was also a patient of the doctors. My mother for the past three years have been having medical issues from fainting three or more times a day due to Orthostatic hypotension, she has seizers and dementia. I have been on LWOP (leave without pay) for the past 3 months of the four months I've been off. We ended up coming to this doctor because my mother last doctor no longer excepted her insurance. We have seen Dr. Molina a few times this year. As I stated I have been in LWOP for three months and need to get back to work so I told my brother he will need to have FMLA so he can help with my mother. When I took the young lady the forms she stated that my brother and anyone else that wants FMLA forms for my mother would also need to be a patients of the doctor. I never heard of this before, I have had these forms done several times in the past three years and never was I a patient of her doctor. then she states that I didn't know what FMLA was for or what it stood for, she put her hand up and as she stated what the letters f.m.l.a stands for she raised a finger per word in my face, then told me its so you can get paid for being off. now as I stated I have been off work for three months not getting paid. I was on FMLA so I could find a doctor to help find out what could be done for my mother, and fmla was to keep me from losing my job not collect payment for not working. I was so insulted, and in disbelief that here I am going to family doctors, cardiologist and neurologist worried about my mothers health (my father has already passed) and she tells me is so you (meaning my brother and I because that's who the forms are for) just looking to get paid for not working. The first few lines of FMLA states. "The FMLA entitles eligible employees of covered employers to take unpaid, job-protected leave for specified family and medical reasons with continuation of group health insurance coverage under the same terms and conditions as if the employee had not taken leave." She new nothing about me, and they just lost a patient.

This place is TRASH! The staff are rude and unprofessional. The doctor nor staff return calls. Very outdated office and doctor. Patients beware!
If you are looking for more than wellness check or physical, DO NOT COME HERE. Dr. Molina nor staff return phone calls / messages. The staff is unprofessional and rude. Dr. Molina also does not do tele visits which is essential during a pandemic although his website says he does. The level of care is unacceptable.
Staff is friendly and the doctor is nice someone that care and listen. Thank you
He is an awesome Dr. . very informative and really cares about his patients ! I would highly recommend this fabulous Doctor ? Thank Dr. Molina
I have been seeing Dr. Molina for 4 yrs now. Office staff has changed and they have a fantastic Team in the office now. Dr. Molina never makes you feel rushed. He always makes sure you are totally taken care of and all questions and concerns are addressed to your satisfaction. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!
I should’ve gone by what the reviews said about this office. I though like to give others a chance, not everyone has the same experience, right?!?!?! This would’ve been my dad’s first visit but we left without being seen. There was an issue with his insurance and I was asked to call and ask about the PCP change and get a reference number. I did as I was asked, found out he doesn’t have to have a PCP listed on his card, can see whoever he wants as long as they’re on his plan. I was given a case number by the insurance company and when I provided that to the receptionist who asked me to get that info in the first place, said we couldn’t see the dr still. I tried several times explaining to her what I was told by the insurance and that my dad didn’t need a PCP, can see anyone that took his insurance but she wouldn’t listen to me and just kept saying “if that’s true then why does he have one on there now?” I attempted to explain to her that was a previous PCP but he could see anyone but she wouldn’t let me finish talking and only wanted me to listen to her point. I asked to speak with the manager and she said “she’s not here but I’m telling you what I know she will say.” She wouldn’t take the case number she requested and after about 5-6min of her not listening she decides to close the window and walk off. She comes back after about 5min and at this point my dad wanted to just leave so I asked for my paper that I had given her with the case number. She said “I figured it out already.” I then asked her again for the paper and told her we didn’t wish to be seen anymore. If you ask for some information and that information is then obtained, then take it and not refuse it. They should try to listen to what the person is saying and not trying to talk over them. The other thing that could have been done is still been offered to be seen and with a signed paper or something with the understanding that if the insurance doesn’t cover the visit, we would be responsible for the visit. Also maybe saying we could be seen as self pay patient but neither were offered. The front office is rude and it’s disappointing that because of the front office being rude, we walked out and weren’t able to give the dr a chance. The reviews were good about the dr and poor reviews on the front office staff and unfortunately at our first visit there, we experienced it and left.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
