Extremely rude with next to zero bedside manner or clinical etiquette. There are plenty of respectful and competent doctors at this particular clinic. Sadly my experience this time did not reflect that.

Patient Beware - This clinic is a scam! Cypress Clinic - Dr. was informed upon our first initial visit that I had an upper raspatory infection with all plausible signs and conditions caused by a yearly bacterial infection with affirmation to her that I receive this bacterial infection yearly in the spring and needed prescribed attention before it becomes pneumonia. Advised her I was a three time pneumonia recipient. Would not even listen to anything I had to say and claimed prior to any inspection of the ears, nose or throat that she did not see any reason to test for a bacterial infection. She demanded three times that I test for Covid and the Flu, after being told I know my body and I do not need these tests, she demanded I test, then requested if I am positive, she requested Kelsey Seybold to treat the symptoms with Tami Flu and another 5-day Covid med. I denied the Covid Meds and informed her I treated my Covid with prescribed Ivermectin and with a bedside mannerism of a Badger, advised she studied medicine for 5 years and knows all about the study of medicine, does not recommend Ivermectin, but she can look at me and tell me I do not have a bacterial infection without testing. Moving on I took the two test which were negative and that was all I received for hard earned $270.00 cash I paid for this useless appointment with this so-called doctor who refused to listen TO HER PATIENT. Ended up going to a Urgent Care to see a PA. The PA listened to me and solved my problem. Saying alot for the so-called Dr's Kelsey employs. Made verbal complaint with clinic and informed I would hear back. Been two weeks since last complaint and nothing but crickets. Kelsey Seybold gladly took my money but refuses to acknowledge any prior complaints regarding this issue. Feels a lot like I was scammed. BTW my Urgent Care visit was under $90.00.

Dr Mata is an excellent doctor. She engages with me and fully listens and addresses all my concerns. She also doesn’t allow me to get out of getting my scheduled procedures and updated vaccinations. Speaking to her feels like I am talking with a close friend. I really like her and I am happy to have her as my doctor.

I have only met her twice and already satisfied. She attended to all my concerns in a very friendly manner. She is patient ,very understanding and thorough. She is experienced and talented in her discipline.

I pretty much never write reviews but Dr. Maggy Mata is wonderful. She has a pleasant demeanor and is very knowledgeable. She addressed my concerns promptly and made me feel like she was truly listening and cared. She even delivered less than great news (which was completely out of her control as it regards my health) while somehow making me feel better about my situation than I have felt in years. I will definitely choose Dr.Mata for future appointments. A true gem in the healthcare world!

I love everything about Dr Maggy Mata. She asks a lot of questions so that it reminds you of something you may have forgotten to tell her. She listens extremely well. She is personal and friendly, like talking with a friend. And she is thorough, she doesn’t let anything slide. She is the best and I am so very happy that I found her and she is my physician!

I had a great experience with Dr, Mata. The doctor was knowledgeable and through. She ask questions and reviewed my records. She was communicable and responsive to my questions and concerns. I would recommend Dr. Mata based upon my great experience.
