MRI employees are very polite and caring. Any time I require a MRI I will come to Maximum. The radiologist is so very nice! and overall you do not have to wait long to get an appointment and when going the wait time to be seen is a very short wait.

Wonderful experience at Maximum Resolution. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a friendly staff. They make you feel right at home and everything is pristine. This is the only place i will go for MRI’s from now on. Highly suggested

La Trece was awesome at her job. Making sure that even if I was anxious, she was right there & made this experience very comfortable. Very polite & professional! The front office was not as friendly as before on the phone. LaTrece deserves a huge raise! Merry Christmas 🎄

Second time here. First time was ok, a little attitude when I asked for a copy of the results, but it was quick and that's what I needed. Today, second appt one year later for something else: arrived for my 4pm appt, and was then informed the appt was for 2:30pm, and that I was late. Instead of apologizing for a mistake at their end, I was told I was not on time and the specialist was no longer available. Btw, they don't confirm the appt by text, vm, email - I should've caught that red flag. Its the 1930s here. But I can speculate on why - the specialist 'may' or may not be there so its a gamble. IF s/he is there and you're there, we have a solar eclipse, if not: blame the customer. I wasted time and arranged the entire week to make this appt happen. Business must be really good if customers can be treated like an annoyance. Well done guys, maybe open a DPS while you're at it. There are other options folks, be kind to yourself and take your wallet elsewhere.

I’m just leaving Maximum Resolution Imaging. I so appreciate the outstanding customer service, the way they worked with me on my deductible requirement and most of all my technician LATRECE. I was feeling anxious and nervous. She took her time to explain to me everything that was going to happen and when it would happen. Sometimes you feel people are in a job the money and then there are those who you know are walking in their purpose. Ms. Latrece is in her God given purpose
