List of Next Level Urgent Care's Reviews
The people are all very friendly and kind. You can tell they all love being there. Thank you to Daynisha for being so kind and amazing.
Worst care. Took us an hour to fill out paperwork on their online system. System did not work on cell phone as Ellen instructed us. So she gave us an iPad to enter information again. Why she did not do that in the first place I don't know. Would have saved time. Good thing my friend was not dying. John Shaw than came in to treat. He is an X-ray tech doing vitals. Strange. Quality of care was questionable.
They used to be great but now they are just a COVID rapid testing mill. They do everything to talk you out of the PCR test and into the rapid. The rapid is very inaccurate, I have COVID and it past me, I went and got a PCR an hour later elsewhere and it said I do have the virus.
Amid a busy time of Covid testing they got me in quickly and provided excellent care. The Richmond site always provides the best of care. They listen and take time to meet needs promptly!!

Next Level Urgent Care in Richmond is AMAZING! They are so friendly, caring, and efficient. I'm so glad they are close to home.Thank you to the staff there for all they do!
Checked in and got me on the line. Told me to go home and will text me when room is ready. Promptly texted me, I showed up, went into room, saw the provider right away, and out in 30 mins. I been to emergency rooms before and I feel this is a great alternative to waiting in a room full of sick people.
I wish I could leave negative stars. Went for a simple covid test.. scheduled on the app that looks like it was developed by a high school student. website states they charge $50 for the rapid test. arrive they take my license and my insurance card and inform me the test is $250 because I havent met my ded., well I dont have ded on my plan. then they said its because they now charge the fee upfront. INSTEAD OF EXPOSING YOUR PATIENTS TO COVID, CONSIDER MENTIONING THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE. WASTED 2.5 HRS OF MY LIFE.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
