I had visited this location multiple times for me and my family's eye examination for many years. We have had multiple bad experience from the staffs and I tried to ignore all of that since the location was close to my home. They are not at all nice and their attitudes are sometime horrible. Recently, I and daughter had eye examinations scheduled. I did inform that I have to pick my daughter from school and have to come to the clinic. My appointment was at 3 PM and my daughters was at 3:30. I reached 15 mins late as I got delayed at the school. The staff turned me back home saying that I did not show up at 3 and they took only my daughter for the examination. I had a 1/2 day take off from my work to go there and it was a waste of time in total. I was very disappointed and Now they are asking me for $25 no show fee. I will not go there again and will not recommend this location to anyone.

I called to make an appointment. The receptionist asked me my vision insurance. That's fine, but then kept pushing for my medical insurance. Saying they have to have it. I have never been asked for my medical insurance for an eye exam. Sounds like some insurance fraud scheme.

The Doctor and staff are all amazing! They were very helpful, thorough, and just plain nice. I felt very safe with their protocols and practices. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Arya and her staff are doing an amazing job. The care that was taken during my visit without feeling rushed at all was commendable. All staff are taking their health and the health of patients very, very seriously.
