I called for help with my parents’ need for physical therapy. I knew the pain issues they have been experiencing needed caring, kind , and knowledgeable attention. Kaylee helped my folks get physician orders and followed up with my parents, helping them to feel at ease with something new. Further, as they left Texas for another state for the winter, Kaylee was instrumental finding another Fyzical location so therapy could be continued. There is no way my folks would have been able to navigate all the steps to get and continue physical therapy, much less in a different state. The level of customer service is exceptional, and knowing my parents are treated with such care is very much appreciated.Thank you!

Amazing team they have here there not there to collect a check they're really there to get u back on ur feet and not just the therapy ppl wrkn with u but the secretary lady comes and checks on u they make u feel like family and not just people who will pay themI absolutely recommend this to anyone and everyone they have a huge heart and care for u i love all of them plus not only all that but they're funny and enjoyable plus if u want a certain music on there willing to put it on i love them and i will forever keep going back if i need them i will not search for no other

This team, I should say family because that is what you feel like as soon as you walk in. David, Dani, Paige, and Kailey are a wonderful people. They are awesome physical therapist; truly care how you are feeling and how they can help make you better. Your treatment is constant between Dani, David, and Paige. Not like a lot of PT place, where you many see a different person every time or it is all about how many visits, they can get you to pay for. Then you have Kailey! What can I not say about Kailey she is amazing!! She is always friendly and truly interested in what is happening with you. From why both my husband and I were there to our family and our fur babies. Oh, and how could I forget Maverick, he is the sweetest, lovingly little fur baby. When he chooses to come to work with his parents, LOL. He will come say hi and check on you throughout your visit. If you are lucky enough to be the only one there early in the am or late in the evening he will be right there by your side. He took get care of my nine-year-old during my PT so she would have a companion. I would highly recommend FYZICAL Therapy in Roanoke.

I can't say THANK YOU enough to the team at Fyzical. David, Dani, Kailey and the entire group have been extremely kind, educational, and supportive.I was referred to this office by my family practice physician for pain in my right lower back, hamstring, and IT band. David Villarreal set out a program of exercises and stretches for me, stating I would feel better in four weeks. He was exactly right and my leg no longer hurts!Separately, a few days after my leg felt 100% normal, I experienced a new pain in my right neck & shoulder while I was at work. It progressively got worse overnight. Dani saw me as an emergency and didn't hesitate at all in treating me when I showed up to their office unannounced the next morning. THIS WAS AMAZING!!!As an oral surgeon, it is hard for me to stop working and to cancel appointments at the last minute for my patients. So, I'm so grateful to the entire team at Fyzical Therapy for getting me through these last few days. Moreover, I'm grateful for the education they have provided me, which will keep me healthy and working for many more years to come.I highly recommend this office to anyone.
