I would usually give this place 5 stars however the front desk receptionist that is working this morning 9/24 seemed like she couldn’t be bothered with answering the questions I had about my daughters up coming appointment. She informed me she was too busy to tell me what shots my year old is scheduled to receive. Which is completely unprofessional! I could understand if she would of offered a call back regarding this information, however that was not the case, All I got was a quick hang up.

Dr. Apostol and PA Stephanie are great. I am so grateful to have found this office. The staff is very helpful and thorough.

Dr. Apostle is a great Dr. I have had problems before with his staff literally arguing with me insisting that I only made an appointment with for my son and not for my daughter with was a absolute lie! Mind u I was nine months pregnant in a lot of pain in the stupid receptionist was literally arguing with me like raising her voice at me giving me attitude and being very rude and disrespectful. Dr. Apostle apologized for her behavior and said he would take care of it. He has always been very nice and respectful and helpful though, it is just his staff that I have had problems with. He is a great doctor overall.

Dr Apostle is wonderful. We absolutely love him. He is very laid back, professional, & personable.But I have it 2 stars bc I would not waste my time with the staff. They are nice but you can forget getting a referral anywhere. I have called up there constantly for 6 months now, even spoken with the office manager, still nothing. They call me the day AFTER insurance tells me they had to deny help for my son for a FOURTH time because the office doesn't send them all the information that insurance requests.I have learned that sadly this is a common problem for EVERYONE. We all love Dr Apostle but don't have time to constantly call & ask the staff to do their job. AND I get lied to by the staff saying they did it, then being called back the next day & asked questions so they can fill out the paperwork & turn it in, after they had just told me it was already turned in. 🙄I am beyond frustrated with this, it's an ongoing battle. We will be switching Dr Offices very soon.

So I took my three-year-old to the hospital last night she fell down and broke her arm by her shoulder they gave me a number to Driscoll Children's Hospital so I called up there and they said I needed a referral from doctor apostoles office because of course my little girl has Medicaid and needs doctor pasta to put in the referral I went there this morning signed a release of information from North Shore emergency room call back around 4 and they told me did they haven't heard anything back from the Children's Hospital saying that they put in a referral I called back to the Children's Hospital to get them on the ball there was no referral put in now my three year old little girl it's still sitting here with a broken arm this office will no longer see my little girl or obtain any kind of money from Medicaid for her 1 * for sure I hope all the parents out there find a better place to take their children

Been great with my grandsons and nephew. Quick but takes time to talk to the patients and parents. Enjoyable experience compared to most doctor visits.

Dr. Apostol takes the time to listen to his patients and ask questions to help him better ascertain a diagnosis. He is friendly and personable and displays a genuine care for his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a pediatric physician. His staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.

Dr. A is very cordial, listens to you as a patent and most importantly he listens to the child, his facilities are always nice and clean, his staff are quite helpful and add cheer and humor to the office, not to mention he is also bilingual. Dr. A has been practicing in Rockport for 13 years that I personally know of. Thanks Dr. Apostle and keep up the great job! ��

The doctor is very caring with children and a good doctor. But the staff is the major problem they just sit there and talk it gets on my nerves! The only good nurse is a skinny one there but the rest are lazy! They made us wait about an hour at the waiting room when we had other places to be. I cant stand it! But the doctor is ok
