Surgery went well, she’s a pleasant person too. However, should you need to speak with her after surgery don’t count on it. Such a poor customer service and lack of care after paying thousands of dollars.

The best experience I ever had. Having surgery with Dr Egan was better then child birth. She is almost and fast. I was done in 20mins. Everyone at Baylor was so sweet and healthy.

Everything was perfect about my surgery but when I was in the healing stages after gallbladder surgery NOT SO MUCH!!! Had surgery 1/21 by that upcoming Wed 1/26 I was double over in pain, went to Urgent Care for treatment and they helped prescribed me some Ketorolac if it would not of been for that great help recv'd by Hunt Urgent care, I would of ended up in the ER that night. Now here it is 2/1 and I am just now getting a Block/Private number voicemail and so when I tried to call the Dr. office back they will hv to resced. the call again. Again come on I have been trying to tell them I have been hurting and this is how I am treated by my Surgeon and Staff. Like they could CARE LESS THAT I AM IN PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WILL not be getting any more referrals from me to see this office!

I agree with other reviewers that Dr. Egan is a compassionate and talented surgeon.

Dr. Ashley Egan is an AMAZING surgeon!! I literally could not ask for a better experience (considering the circumstances).

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Egan - she has incredible bedside manner and explains complicated things in a way that I can easily understand. I would highly recommend her for surgery! It was also an easy process because her coordinator Heather did all the paperwork with my insurance, which I appreciated. As far as healing, I feel like I have very little pain and I’m improving every single day. THANK YOU DR. EGAN AND YOUR STAFF for helping me start this new journey :)

Wonderful Dr. answered any and all questions I and wasn’t in a rush to get out of room. Made me feel comfortable to have to have surgery.

Had a great experience with DR. Egan. Had 3 major surgeries with her in 8 months. She did a fantastic job and I am pretty sure she saved my life. She was always through, competent, caring and empathic to a major degree. She is one of my favorite people. I highly recommend her.

I had a surgery for hernia repair with Dr Egan today (which turned out to be repairing two hernias, another had developed since our initial consultation ), and I have to say how impressed I was by Dr Egan's enthusiasm, confidence, bed side manner and skill. I have very little pain. She was able to operate and get me back home to my family in such a short amount of time; and clearly explained everything to me, had her surgical team talk to me about every aspect of the procedure; and had my smiling in laughing when I had been dreading the procedure the night before. Thank you so much for performing my surgery and helping me towards the road of recovery. I know that the quality of my life and my family's life (I am a stay at home mother of a wonderful baby girl that needs me to be healthy) will improve over the next few weeks and I am already feeling so much better than I did with two hernias. I am just so impressed, while resting I had to find Dr Egan's review page and share how amazing this experience actually was for me. There are very few doctors or surgeons that can literally bring you and anxious loved ones to grinning before and after a surgery (and who will draw you a picture of your surgery while you're drowsy!!), and hee team made that my reality today. I still have weeks of recovery, but I know that I made the right choice with Dr Egan. Thank you from my family to yours. I would highly recommend that you consult Dr Egan for general surgery procedures, and you will feel and know your body and health are in good hands. Thank you.
