Athletico Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I fractured my tibia plateau, partially tore my ACL and MCL in 6/2021. I was initially set up with a different Physical Therapy place. I was working with them for months and still in a wheelchair and/or full crutches with no weight bearing. I thought that was what PT was - no attention, just timed stretches from and assistant and 8-10 min maximum of a physical therapist’s time. After 5 months of not walking I asked my ortho for a different PT referral and they sent me to Athletico. I worked with Emily and within 2 weeks I was on crutches with weight bearing. Within 3 weeks I was on one crutch. Within 4 weeks I was walking. We stayed the course together and I finally realized what PT should be. Unfortunately my tears did not heal with time as we hoped, so I recently had my ACL replaced and a meniscus tear repaired surgically. I went back to Emily at Athletico (there was absolutely no way I would go anywhere else). I have had amazing improvements and wins so far. Although I am early in this surgical recovery and PT process for this, I am absolutely more than satisfied with Athletico. On the times Emily has been out, I have worked with other therapists and found them just as caring and attentive to my needs and recovery. I appreciate that I know every staff members name and they know mine. I appreciate that I am not just a number, I am a person and I can tell they all care for me and my rehab. I am so very impressed. It is a terrifying process to be injured and need to ask for help. Especially when your very first PT experience in life was terrible - hoping it wouldn’t repeat. Emily and the entire North Rockwall Athletico team is amazing. They will care for you as a person and help you recover. I cannot recommend them enough.

Very friendly

I have looked for a physical therapist to help me with my hopefully temporary impairment, I wish I had found AthletiCo earlier. I go to the Rockwall north Facility in Rockwall Texas, And began an eight week session with Samantha, And with her guidance and help I have now recovered Some practical use of my arm and hand. I have never seen medical personnel so kind and patient as Samantha and the other therapists at the clinic. Thank you thank you thank you! Samantha and all her coworkers at the clinic deserve a well deserved Great work award! So very professional, and so very patient! This is such a great facility! It’s clean and the girls here are amazing! My PT, Liz, is phenomenal. She is very knowledgeable, gentle and knows what she’s doing. She makes you feel comfortable. I’ve noticed a huge difference since I came in here over a month ago. I’d would definitely recommend Athletico to my friends and family!

Upon entering I was greeted by friendly staff. Took my busy schedule into consideration when arranging my physical therapy visit . The facility is constantly clean after every patient, giving me satisfaction knowing how clean it is. Great physical therapist, very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe place to get better.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE BEST PHYSICAL THERAPY FACILITY THIS IS IT! THE BEST PHYSICAL THERAPY FACILITY IN ROCKWALL!!! STARTING FROM THE FRONT DESK, SO PROFESSIONAL AND NICE TO THE PHYSICAL THERAPISTS! THEY ARE VERY HUMBLE ABOUT THEIR WORK BUT THEY AREN'T ORDINARY THEY ARE EXTRAORDINARY!!! I'VE HAD ROTATOR CUFF SURGERY TWICE WITHIN 3 MONTHS..WENT TO A DIFFERENT PT FACILITY THAT WAS SUBPAR. FOUND RANDI AND COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH MY CURRENT OUTCOME! I THOUGHT I WOULD NEVER HAVE USE OF MY SHOULDER AGAIN! I AM VERY GRATEFUL FOR RANDI.... DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE. I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. Edit: My last surgeon messed up mu surgery, and Randi has been on top of things to make sure I get the care that I need. She's went above and beyond to make sure I get the right surgeon, the right recovery, and three weeks out of surgery and I have better range of motion than before. I couldn't be more grateful for the most amazing, intelligent PT ever!!

Really great PT! I definitely feel and improvement every time I go. The at home exercises are ones that I can do consistently and are helping speed my progress. They allow me to bring my toddler, which is a life saver!

Athletico makes physical therapy fun. I’ve had Randi and Sam as therapists. They are wonderful. I broke my dominant wrist and they have done wonders in such a short time in getting my wrist functioning and back to normal. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate them. Mary

Been coming to Athletico for a couple of months now and the experience has been wonderful! I have come so far since the first time I walked through those doors. This place has a fun environment along with a upbeat and friendly staff who are always there to help you! Emily is awesome to work with and is very knowledgeable! She takes time to listen to your questions and concerns while giving you confident answers. And often encourages you to do more than you thought you could do. Which was a game changer for me. Over all I would definitely would recommend Athletico Physical Thearpy for anyone looking at doing PT! Thank you to Emily and all the staff!
