My son went there and was in waiting room 7 hours with COVID 19. So everyone there was exposed also. He told them about the covid. They didn't care about him or anyone else there. I get being under staffed but don't leave covid people in lobby with everyone else.

I will never go here again. I went in after having chest pains for over 24 hours after getting the COVID booster vaccine. Everyone was very nonchalant, I didn’t feel like I was being taken serious at all. Definitely should have read the reviews before deciding to go here.

I’ve heard horrible things about this emergency care facility yet when the ambulance recommended it for blood work it didn’t sound horrible. They put me in the waiting room for about 20-30 mins. Once I finally go back to get my blood levels check the nurse so rudely tells me they don’t do that. They don’t check for levels and at this point she’s sees no point of me staying. This is less then 5 mins in the room. Mind you the ambulance called prior and told them exactly why I was coming up here and they still ok’d it. All I’ll say is believe the rumors.

Very very unacceptable, we got there and only 1 person and us were there and an hour pass and the other girl before us goes in and now 5 other people have came in and they took one in before a sick baby with rino virus even tho we were there an hour before them, and then when my mom came to them and said how come they got to go in before us if we were there before them and they said a cough isn’t an emergency, a baby with a cough is an emergency especially if there is corona going around. RIDICULOUS

I took my baby here who wouldn’t keep anything down the dumb doctor said that he had an ear infection then said that it was red from him crying. No medication and After taking him to the pediatrician it turned out that he had an infection of both ears. You people should be fired!!!

Unacceptable experience. I had a good experience for my daughter during the day time hours once last year... but evening/nighttime staff is horrible and don’t care at all. I don’t feel the need to review places often, but this hospital is a complete joke. Who brushes off toddlers who have been sick for a week already? I’ve never been to any doctor or ER that leaves a parent with two sick toddlers waiting for hours and then leaves them in the room for hours to check out. My poor kids. 5 hours in an EMPTY emergency room to be seen for 4/5 min and brushed off again for HOURS before getting released. I will be contacting higher up. Don’t work in healthcare if you don’t care about your patients’ health and time. You guys did my children a complete disservice- they would have been better off not seeing any doctor at all.

When I read these reviews, I am so shocked. We just came back from this ER and had quite the opposite experience (from the front desk to the nurse and then the doctor). There was one person in front of us. We completed paperwork and were taken to a room with 15 minutes. We waited in the room just minutes and a nurse came in. She was efficient and very sweet and helpful. Dr. John Pease came in soon after she had completed the assessment. He was kind, thorough, efficient, informative and personable. He examined my husband and gave the scribe his assessment. He then turned to my husband and told him he would like to explain his medical opinion. After that, he gave him several treatment options. He was patient and answered every question we had. The decision was easy to make with his guidance. Truly, we would love to have him as our primary care physician. We are very thankful for him and give the facility our highest rating!

They gave me an unnecessary CT scan without consent so that they can charge me more money. Don't go here if you value your money.

Told me my 3 yo didn’t look dehydrated, her stomach flu seemed benign and that you couldn’t get severely dehydrated from vomiting alone and didn’t offer to run tests or anything…. Went to a Texas Health Presbyterian Rockwall ER the next day because she seemed to be getting worse and turns out she was dehydrated and had a UTI - not a stomach bug. UNACCEPTABLE.

$1200 just to check in-! For blood work and x ray rip off
