Front desk was extremely rude to me and hung up on me because they did not have an available time to get my son in office. I was just asking if they could ask the doctor to get us in and I would pay out of pocket cost. I wanted a plastic surgeon to suture his eyebrow so he does not have a scar . I have worked with ample doctors before and never would have hung up on a potential client/patient that knows half of Rockwall/ Heath.

I’ve had multiple surgeries with Dr Byrnes and from the moment I met with him and his staff I knew immediately I was in good hands. He did not disappoint. He was available to answer all questions and his staff was always genuinely concerned and sweet at each visit. I felt very secure that my needs during recovery were being met and I love my results and have referred him multiple times. His bedside manner is great and he definitely went the extra mile to not make me feel silly about all my questions or concerns.

I know this was16 years ago but I never thought to review Dr. Payne on line. But since I may soon need a hand doctor again I searched for him on line. And thankfully he’s still in practice. Dr Payne corrected a weird issue on my left hand. He fuses TST bones in my left hand. He did such a wonderful job I never have had a moments issue with it. It works just as it always had from the time he fixed it till now. But now I think he’ll need to fix my right hand. I wouldn’t think of having anyone else do it. Hopefully he takes my insurance . He’s and his staff are wonderful.

My experience with Dr. Byrne was great I had carpal and ulnar surgery on my right hand my hand is mych improved and Dr Byrne was very caring and knowledgeable I highly recommend him

He is amazing! Very easy to talk to and clear with instructions. He was available after hours for a need I had after surgery. The work he did for me is so good and I’m very happy!

Dr. Byrne performed a second carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand. He did not perform the first one. It has relieved my pain but I have nerve damage and it is taking a long time to heal. it is improving. I am very pleased with him and his staff.

After decades of hand pain, tingling and numbness in both hands, Dr. Byrne performed the carpal tunnel release surgery on both of my wrists 2 weeks ago. The immediate relief of my symptoms was amazing! The post surgical pain was brief and very manageable. Today was my folow-up appointment and my hand strength is returning rapidly. The single stitch in each wrist was removed painlessly. Dr. Byrne is the best! I have to complement Dr. Byrne, his staff and the Breckinridge Surgery Center for taking excellent care of me. I highly recommend Dr. Byrne.
