Staff from front desk to the exam room was welcoming, showed concern, compassion. PA Josanne Howard (who was also my physician at my GP’s office) asks many questions to gain a proper understanding , back tracks w my health & labs ect connects all the dots you could say. She doesn’t just “put a bandaid on the “ailment” she is truly concerned about the final outcome of your “illness or ailment” making sure she refers you properly. She’s one of the best. As myself and my children have had the privilege of being under her care for many years.

This is our favorite Urgent Care in the ROCKWALL area. Very nice facility. Well staffed and they are all very friendly and take excellent care of patients. I would recommend them to everyone.

I went in with a an issue with my left ear, I couldn’t hear out of it. I was diagnosed with an infected ear drum. This was the second time in about 4 days I had been to see a medical professional about this issue, but the first had a totally different diagnosis which didn’t help. This time, Dr Sparks diagnosed the issue, changed my meds to an oral prescription instead of drops, and within a very short time my hearing had cleared up. Thanks Doc!!!!
