Typical wait times for Urgent Care, but supper friendly staff from the front desk to the practitioner. Everybody seem to genuinely care about my needs. I would recommend this place to anybody in the Rockwall area.

The first care now didn't have a tech to do the drug test and sent me to Rockwall. Rockwall had no patients and made me wait over an hour. I accidentally flushed the toilet and they stated they couldn't accept my sample and said I could sit there and wait until I had to urine again. I said no I have to get back to work and would do it at another location. If felt as is she was threatening me by saying that she wold call my employer. I called my employer and notified them of the bad service Carenow provided and had it rescheduled at Walmart. Hopefully someone who needs decent service reads this and make the choice not to do business with carenow

The entire staff was wonderful and very compassionate and understanding and Patient. I had a mishap with the fridge door and just about ripped my big toenail off. Thank y’all!
