Need refills? They won't be called in. Need an appointment? No one will answer the phone. Ask for a dr's letter? charged $65, never saw it. Still waiting for them to transfer records to a different doctor. But, they have no problem sending a bill for a 3 minute 'check up' phone call, after starting withdrawals again from a lack of refills. One can only use Covid as an excuse so many times, people.

I love the Mesquite(location) Child & Family Guidance Center! Any time I have a problem or a question Angie is the one I go to for help. She is so nice and knowledgeable. Great place to go to!

I RECOMMEND THAT FOR MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES YOU WILL FIND A KIND AND LOVING STAFF FROM THE RECEPTIONIST TO TRIAGE AND CASE MANAGEMENT AND OF COURSE THERAPY,I LOVE THEM ALL SO MUCH AND MY PRECIOUS DR GRIFFIN WHO HAS HELPED ME THROUGH SO MUCH,I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE GIVEN UP SEVERAL TIMES,HER CARE CONCERN AND WISDOM HAS BEEN A GUIDING LIGHT IN THIS DARK WORLD,THANK YOU DR GRIFFIN ALWAYS RODNEY ALEXANDER GOD BLESS
