List of Dan Volpini's Reviews
Dr. Volpini was excellent. He fixed my meniscus and replaced my ACL. The work was quick and I feel great! I highly recommend him!
I recently visited Dr. Volpini’s office due to shoulder pain. Dr. Volpini was thorough and ensured he had imaging done to assess the condition. He gave me options and included me in the decision for my care. Ultimately we decided to forgo an MRI and do an injection. I appreciated Dr. Volpini helping me to choose what was the most sensible route and not just suggesting more costly visits to MRI, etc. I have been pleased with the result of the injection. My shoulder is feeling much better and Dr. Volpini followed up within a week to check on my condition. Highly recommend for Ortho needs!!
Dr. Dan Volpini helped my 7 year old when she broke her collar bone and he had the best bed side manor. He was so kind and made her feel brave. It was such a pleasant experience for something that was so traumatic. He’s our go to doctor now for anything Orthopaedic.
My experience with Dr. Volpini was hands-down the best. I saw him months ago for a hamstring tear which he treated and help me to recover quickly. My son also saw Dr. Volpini for a break and treatment was again exceptional. Dr. Volpini’s excitement for medical care is apparent in his treatment, and also in his bedside manner. I always felt like a priority, and never felt rushed during visits. Dr. Volpini explain things thoroughly and helped me to understand the healing process throughout treatment. Highly recommend.
I had fallen and broke my elbow. I had been in quite a bit of pain. I had called Dr Volpini’s office and he saw me right away. Not only was he very professional and kind, he saved me from having to have surgery. Would definitely recommend him to anyone and already have including my uncle!
He was unprofessional asking me why was I in his office!, I said because I was referred to you by my Primary Doctors and I’m in pain that’s why I’m here. He said I can give you an injection in both knees (“DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT?”) I said well of course due to the fact that I’m in pain and I figured I was here for a reason!, I’m not a Doctor so I’m just following what I was asked to do. He gave me the injections and sent me to a rheumatologist. I waited such a long time for an appointment to end up being disappointed due to his tone of voice I’m sorry but I have GOOD INSURANCE!, and shouldn’t be treated like I was a charity case. Thank you for nothing, Unsatisfied Patience.
Just had hip surgery at Orthopedic specialist of Dallas the staff and Dr Volpini did a great job would recommend him and the staff.
Dr. Volpini has done two surgeries on me. First was an ACL and meniscus tear repair and reconstruction. I healed quicker than expected and have absolutely no pain or swelling in my knee. I can't tell that anything was ever wrong with it. I also broke my left fibula (small leg bone) in two places near my ankle. He put in a plate and screws to keep the loose piece tight to heal properly. The ...
He will turn a child away after scheduling surgery. Check everything and I do mean everything before scheduling your child with this dr. Or stick with specialist that only treat kids. Doctors that care about the kid no matter the parents finances. A kid does not choose to be injured at their sport so none of the surgeries for kids are elective. Make sure you have enough cash for this doctor or you will leave in tears like my son.
Professional, easy to talk to , very caring.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
