The appointment was easy to get (after the referral was sent from primary doctor, of course) and only had to wait a few days, not a few weeks to get in. The staff was professional, and Dr. Aldridge did a thorough exam, and we came up with a plan to address my arm and my knee. Thanks!

I was seen by the PA who advised the doctor I was referred to no longer works on hip issues. Instead of having me make a follow up appointment with the correct doctor, she had the person at checkout get me in Friday for an injection and to discuss surgery with the correct doctor. That's customer service!

When i initially walked into Lake Point Orthopedic and contacted Bailey at the receptionist desk, Dr Aldrich happen to be at the counter and recognized the concern I was having with my shoulder. He greeted me and told the receptionist to immediately set up an appointment. i was seen two days later by Dr Aldrich and immediately had an MRI. Dr Aldrich could not have been more professional and gave several options as well as his professional opinion. Surgery was within two weeks. Dr Aldrich did a fantastic job and explained the procedure in its entirety. He re-attached the bicep muscle, cleaned out all bone spurs and fixed my rotator cuff. i had instant pain relief the second i woke up. This surgery was all completed in 45 minutes. his anesthesiologist, Dr Mullins could not have been more professional. he explained his part of the surgery and reassured me that this was going to be quick surgery. I highly recommend Dr Aldrich and his staff
