Checked hives thoroughly and explained for me to come back if they spread and I plan too return
Never have to wait. Dr. Saucier provides great care for her patients and her staff is wonderful as well.

Dr Saucier came recommended in a Rockwall Facebook group I am in. I called to book an appointment to sadly be informed they could get in, in 2 months. I asked if they had a cancellation list and they said yes, so I was added to it. After failed attempts to get in early (they call you and if you don’t answer on the spot your out of luck) a month later I got to finally see Dr. Saucier for a full body exam. This was my first time seeing a dermatologist and I was nervous. I had some spots I was worried about. The nurse was amazing! When finally seeing Dr Saucier, she barged in the door, when I was told that I should open the door when I was done changing. Dr Saucier seemed very distracted. Very spastic and “all over the place”. She performed a very, very quick full body inspection. About 3 min total. She stated there was nothing of concern and then said the nurse would finish up and she left. Upon exiting and paying my $200+ out of pocket for my 3 min full body examination I learned that, that examination should have included mouth and nails of which weren’t examined. I called back to come back in to get these areas examined and I was told I would have to pay again.I don’t have insurance so this would be another $200+. I stated that this wasn’t my fault and that Dr Saucier should has inspected these areas when I was there bc that’s what’s apart of a full body examination. And it was also stated in the Dr office when I was there. The request was ignored and I’m left with no answers and a lot of worry. With how quickly she works you would think that she could have just booked me a follow up to do her job properly the second time. But I’ve been denied that unless I pay. So I will take my business elsewhere and with a Dr with better bedside manner, thoroughness and focus.

I went there on 01/04/21 at 8 am: the front desk lady spent an hour verifying my insurance (I am not exaggerating). I was trying to help them, but she kept asking if I was sure my insurance was active like 5 times (again, I am not exaggerating). After an hour, she ended up verifying my insurance and told me that my insurance changed the phone number for health providers and never communicated the new number to them (?) They ended up attending me around 9:15 am. The dermatologist spent only 10 mins on me. I paid $70 + Insurance and got a prescription that didn’t even work. I didn’t want to do this review, but I think is fair because after 2 months, I still cannot forget my bad experience.
My appointment was at 8:00 am and I was checked in and sitting in front of the doctor by 8:05! Her exam was thorough and Dr. Saucier explained everything to me in detail.
Dr. Saucier is great, she knows her stuff, I was worried about my mild adult acne and she answered all my questions- and then some- sent me out the door with some prescriptions and knowledge!!! Now-she is fast- but she is busy and That’s because she is good! Her assistants are super helpful. They helped me get my rx for super cheap! Thanks y’all!
Everything went well. Very nice people.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
