Dr Mark Olmstead's Online Review Report Card

Don’t even bother to call because no one answers the phone. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for 3 weeks and have been calling and leaving voicemails. I was recommended by my ENT doctor. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Will be looking for a different doctor and letting my ENT know he should consider not referring people.

I love Dr. Olmstead! The staff is fantastic too! Yes, it’s hard to get through on the phone sometimes but it’s hard to get through to almost every doctor’s office. I don’t find them any worse than average. Their treatment sure makes up for it ❤️❤️❤️

I agree wholeheartedly with Emerald and Tatum. Whoever is suppose to answer the phones and make appointments never answer. I’ve been calling weekly since February 2022 and now it’s May 2022. I finally got a call but I already chose another option in Garland instead. I was recommended to Dr. Olmstead by my PCP. I don’t know how he is or his nurses. But if scheduling an appointment is this time consuming and challenging, I don’t want to see this doctor. Extremely disappointed.

I have been literally calling for 2weeks and no answer. I have left several messages as well. When i finally get someone to answer they say everything is booked until July …what is my child to do until then?

When I first came to Dr. Olmstead, he was perplexed how to assist me. My allergies and asthma were chronic making it impossible for me to breathe. He never stopped until he found a regiment that works for my unique situation. He help me to discover that I am allergic nearly to everything under the sun. When you know what triggers your attacks it helps tremendously when trying to stay healthy. Dr. Olmstead and his entire staff are amazing. Very professional with excellent bedside manners. Dr Olmstead is an amazing doctor! He asks relevant questions and listens to all of the concerns that you may have regarding you allergy/ asthma issues. All of the staff go above and beyond for their patients and are always friendly. I highly recommend Dr Olmstead to anyone suffering from allergies and asthma issues:)

Dr. Olmstead is excellent as an allergist and a doctor who takes the time to ask his patients questions and give them helpful information and explanations. The clinic staff members are professional, helpful, and friendly. They make my visits easy, fast, and comforting.

I have been a patient of Dr. Olmsted for many years. He and his staff are incredibly attentive, patient, and thorough. Dr. Olmstead goes to great lengths to explore ALL options available even if it causes much more work for their team. As insurance companies have denied more and more, Dr Olmstead has found ways to get me the absolute best care available. He thinks inside and outside and around the box to help his patients.
