Dr. Young is an excellent ENT doctor. He listens to you and treats you with the utmost respect and care. I highly recommend Dr. Greg Young.

I have only visited Dr. Young once and he seems to be a very competent doctor, however I can’t say the same for his staff at his office. Dr. Young had ordered a barium swallow test for me and no one ever called me about it to schedule it. The office staff did not bother to follow up with me or the hospital to ensure that it was scheduled. I might be wrong, but when I go see a doctor I don't consider it a parent child relationship where I have to constantly be on them to carry out what the doctor ordered.

He listens! Dr. Young is a very good listener and he takes his time. He asks so many questions, never interrupting, to get a clear understanding of the issue. I have been to him for two issues. He fixed the first earlier in 2018 with his recommendations, and now he has fixed the second issue. I am so happy. Life seemed to be hell but he helped me and I am forever grateful. Thank you so much Dr. Young!!

Very good doctor that I experienced to have a very good knowledge of separate issues pertaining to the field of Ear, Nose and Throat. Dr. Young performed extremely successful surgery to completely cure a very serious issue with allergies and polyps in my sinus area. He also identified other allergies and successfully diagnosed the problem and stopped a lifelong problem of mine. After his prognosis and treatment plan, my life changed with lasting relief. A doctor with excellent patient care, patient and caring. I have nothing but praise and I highly recommend his services and talent.

Dr. Young came highly recommended from my PCP but unfortunately I did not experience a quality doctor. He is a one track minded doctor who fails to listen to the issues of his patients. He will disregard symptoms and issues that a patient experiences if it doesn't align to his textbook answers. Maybe he's better with an older population or your typical Rockwall resident but I would steer clear from this doctor.

Dr Young is thorough in his observations ,and recommendations. My nasal surgery went very smooth and he explained in detail what to expect Post Op. With over 25 years of nasal congestion I should of done this along time ago. My experience with not only him but his whole staff is fantastic! Thank You All!

With my health condition I have been to dozens of doctors. Some good some bad. Doctor Young is perhaps one of the best I've ever been to. He speaks in terms you understand and has an overall genuine kind disposition. He took his time and went over all my complaints.
